This study based on piglets milk replacer using physiological stages, additive proportion and piglet milk replacer from different sources for processing factors.Taked 8-34 day-old piglets as the experiment animals which Added different sources and different ratio of milk replacer on preweaning and postweaning. To study the production performance, health status and serum index of piglets as affected by supplementary feeding of milk replacer. This study included three trails which described as follows.Experiment 1:Effect of supplementary feeding milk replacer on production performance and health index of 8-34 day-old pigletsTo determine the effects of feeding milk replacer on production performance and health index of 8 to 34 day-old piglets. Two hundred and forty preweaning piglets (8 day-old) were selected and randomly allocated into 4 groups(group A, B, C, D) with 6 pens each group and 10 pigs each pen. The dietary treatments as follows:At preweaning (8~24 day-old) stage, Diet of group A and B contained maternal milk and creep feed, Diet of group C and D contained maternal milk, milk replacer and creep feed. At postweaning (25~34 day-old) stage, Diet of group A and D contained creep feed, Diet of group B and C contained milk replacer and creep feed. The experiment lasted for 27 days. The results showed that supplementary feeding of preweaning piglets with milk replacer increased the average daily gain (ADG) 15.5%(P<0.05). Supplementary feeding of prewearing and postwearing with milk replacer have the highest daily gain of piglet (Group C), compared with group A, B and D, Daily gain increased by 19.52%(P< 0.05),17.25%(P< 0.05) and 13.72% (P> 0.05) respectively; FCR of group B, C and D were significantly lower than group A (P<0.05). In addition, Supplementary feeding piglets milk replacer is also significantly reduced blood poisoning index piglets, immunosuppression index and inflammation index(P<0.05), significantly increased the blood distribution index and health index (P<0.05). In conclusion supplementary feeding of piglets with milk replacer is helpful to improve the production performance and the health level of piglets.Experiment 2:Effect of supplementary feeding different ratio milk replacer.on production performance and serum index of 8-34 day-old pigletsTo determine the effects of feeding different ratio milk replacer on production performance and serum index of piglets. Two hundred and forty preweaning piglets (8 day-old) were selected and randomly allocated into 4 groups(group A, B, C, D) with 6 pens each group and 10 pigs each pen. Weaning at 24 days of age, Sows and piglets didn’t isolate before preweaning, The experiment lasted for 27 days. Durning the whole experiment, The dietary treatments as follows:Diet of group A contained maternal milk and creep; Diet of group B contained maternal milk, creep and milk replacer (Creep and milk replacer ratio of 2:1); Diet of group C contained maternal milk, creep and milk replacer (Creep and milk replacer ratio of 1:1); Diet of group A contained maternal milk and milk replacer. The results showed that:Digestibility of nutrients (CP, EE, Ca and P) of group B, C, D have a significantly higher level than group A (P<0.01). Group B, C, D compared with froup A, Piglet weight increased by 3.39%、19.53%、13.45% (P<0.05), ADG on postweaning increased by 9.80%、30.80%、23.20%(P<0.01); F/G on postweaning reduced by 5.30%、16.67%、12.12% (P<0.01). Supplementary feeding piglets milk replacer reduced by the level of serum CRP of piglet significantly, Increased by the level of GH, IGF-I and IgG(P<0.01), Reduced by the level of BUN (P<0.05) and T-AA (P<0.01). The result showed that:Supplementary feeding piglet milk replacer can promote production performance on piglets, improve the serum index, increase piglet immunity. Group C is the best among the four groups.Experiment 3:Effect of supplementary feeding different sources of milk replacer.on production performance and serum index of 8-34 day-old pigletsTo determine the effects of feeding three different sources milk replacer on production performance and serum index of piglets. One hundred and eighty preweaning piglets (8 day-old) were selected and randomly allocated into 3 groups (group A-C) with 6 pens each group and 10 pigs each pen. Durning the whole experiment, The dietary treatments as follows:Diet of group A contained maternal milk and milk replacer Ⅰ; Diet of group B contained maternal milk and milk replacer Ⅱ; Diet of group C contained maternal milk and milk replacer Ⅲ. Weaning at 24 days of age, Sows and piglets didn’t isolate before preweaning. The experiment lasted for 27 days. The results showed that:The weight of test piglets were striking on 34 days of age(P<0.05), Group A compared group B and group C, the weight of piglets increased by 14.68% and 11.93%. ADG was striking on post-weaning (P<0.01), Group A compared group B and group C, ADG increased by 12.14% and 16.16%. F/G was striking on postweaning (P<0.01), Group A compared group B and group C, F/G reduced by 9.09% and 7.27%. The digestibility of crude protein of group A was the best in the three groups (P=0.01). In terms of serum index, Group A compared group B and group C, GH and T-AA were striking. This result showed that:the effect and economical profit of group A was the best in this study. In conclusion, Supplementary feeding piglet milk replacer based on creep for piglets, It can improve production performance and health status. This reaserch which was added different ratio of milk replacer showed that:Feeding experiment dietsary which were mixed with a ratio of 1:1 can enhance the production performance and immunity of piglets. Moreover, Milk replacer I compared with the other two products, It also showed the best production performance and benefits of breeding.
