In this paper,the research on the regular nutrient composition and the change regularity of 100 parts of goat breast milk were carried out.Based on this,the lamb formula was made by breaking machine Liquid milk.The effects of liquid milk on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of 30-day-old weaning lambs were studied.The contents were divided into the following three parts:1.Analysis and study on the composition and variation regulation of goat milkThis study was to research the content and variation of nutrients in the milk of goats after 1?10 weeks postpartum.Experimental animals are healthy hybrid ewes(Boer goat x Xuhuai goat)which were chose from different fetuses(2-5 fetuses)and lactation weeks(1?10 weeks).Experiment randomly collected 116 goats whose lactation periods are between 1 to 10 weeks,and aimed to study the protein,ash,dry matter,fat,lactose,amino acids,mineral content and variation trend by selecting 100 parts of their milk,and the variation tendency of protein,ash,fat and lactose content by curve fitting.The results showed that:The protein,ash,dry matter,fat,amino acids,minerals content of miscellaneous wave goat are all decreasing with the increasing of lactation weeks,and the nutrients content of the first week is significantly higher than all other week(P<0.05);lactose content is significantly decreasing(P<0.05)after two weeks;The S curve of protein and dry matter content was the best fitting curve with the change of lactation time.The three curve of fat and lactose content was the best fitting curve with the change of lactation time.The fitting equations were:y=e(1.000+1.337/x)(g/100g),y=e(2.523+0.705/x)(g/100g),y=9.430-2.187x+0.366x2-0.020x3(g/100g),y=4.629-0.115x+0.002x2(g/100g),where x is the number of weeks of lactation.The contents of calcium and phosphorus in the 7 kinds of minerals were more abundant,and the contents of the 5 trace elements were zinc,iron,copper,manganese and selenium;Among the 17 amino acids,the content of glutamic acid was the highest,followed by proline and leucine.Thus,the content of nutrients in milk of goats with early lactation showed regular changes,which provide theoretical basis for the study of lactation goat lactation,and lamb feeding and early weaning strategies will provide some guidance.2.Study on preparation and optimization of milk replacerThe purpose of this study was to research the optimum formula,the suitable emulsifier and the production time.The experiment was designed with 3x3x3 factorial design,and was randomly divided into 27 treatments,each with 4 replicates.The different B1 emulsifier(soy lecithin),B2(sorbitol fatty acid ester),B3(bile acid)is added to the different formula model in milk replacer A1(rice 8%),A2(rice 10%),A3(rice 12%)at different time C1(1 min),C2(2 min),C3(3 min)determination of liquid milk,and then substitute the sieving rate,solubility and oil distribution uniformity.The results showed that the three factors of milk replacer formula,emulsifying agent and preparation time had a certain influence on the milk replacer.The effect of the length of the production time on the screening rate of dairy products was significant(P<0.05);The effects of the formula and the production time on the solubility of dairy products were significantly different(P<0.05)and there was an interaction between the formula and the production time(P<0.05);The production time of emulsifier and milk replacer had a significant effect on the distribution of oil distribution(P<0.05),and there was an interaction between them(P<0.05).In this experiment,a better choice of rice content of 10%milk replacer formula to sorbitol fatty acid ester as emulsifier to make wall breaking machine timing 2min liquid milk replacer effect of lamb.3.Milk replacer fed on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and nutrient digestibility of lamb in late lactationThis study was to research the milk replacer and starter feeding on lamb growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and nutrient digestibility.Choose similar weight of 30-day-old lamb 75 and randomly divided into 5 treatments,each with 3 replicates.5 group which diet milk replacer 1+ starter feeding(group A),milk replacerl(group B),milk replacer 2(group C),breast milk + starter feeding(group D)and breast milk(group E).In 30,40,50,60,70 days before the morning feeding on the body weight and body size were measured.At the end of experiment,a total of 3 consecutive days of fecal samples to determine the nutrient digestibility,and neck venous blood serum biochemical indexes in 70 days before the morning feeding.The results show that the group D body weight and body size was higher than that of group A,E.The body weight and body size group E was higher than group B(P<0.05),between group B and C had no significant difference(P>0.05),but during 60?70 days of age,the average daily gain of group A was significantly higher than that of group D(P<0.05),group B was significantly higher than that of group E(P<0.05).The serum urea nitrogen,alanine aminotransferase,glutamyl transferase,lactate dehydrogenase content were not significant difference(P>0.05),total protein and triglyceride in group D were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05),group E was significantly higher than that of group B and C(P<0.05),albumin and globulin,group A,D and E were no significant differences(P>0.05),but the group D has increased,group E was significantly higher than that of group B and C(P<0.05).Blood glucose levels of group A,D and E was significantly higher than group B and C(P<0.05),group A alkaline phosphatase was significantly higher than other group(P<0.05),all the serum biochemical indicators between B and C was not significantly different(P>0.05).The feed intake of various nutrients group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C(P<0.05),and the difference was not significant(P>0.05)between B and C group.A,B,C three group of dry matter,calcium and phosphorus digestibility had no significant difference(P>0.05),total energy,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of A group was significantly higher than that group B and C(P>0.05),B and C group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Thus,It is concluded that milk replacer and opening material feeding have different effects on performance,serum biochemical parameters and digestibility of nutrients on the growth of lamb,the feeding mode of the lamb's milk and shedding materials can realize the early weaning of the lamb,which has certain value of popularization.
