labor-saving and high efficiency cultivation patterns is the trend of the development of the pear production at home and abroad, often by constructing a cylindrical tree to achieve, in the course of the shaping, bud-notching is one of the methods to achieve tree shaping. Bud-notching can increase the bud germination rate and branches of pear sapling, promote the spur branching and facilitate flower bud formation and ease tree vigor. With one year old “xin-li 7” as test material, this experiment includes bud-notching and 50%-bud-notching,the trees are not engraved as control of bud-notching, in the same tree, the rest of the 50%-bud-notching as the control. This experiment carried out the study of the buds after engraved nutrients and endogenous hormones, revealed the effect of bud-notching to the nutrients and endogenous hormones. The results showed that:1. The study found that before and after germination, normal growth condition not carved shoots processing plants, soluble sugar content and protein content in buds integral is on the rise. In contrast to the change of the soluble sugar content in the starch content. The analysis of mineral elements contents in buds, N, Mg and B in the bud before and after the content change much. P, Ca, Fe, zinc overall declining element content. K, Cu element content is on the rise as a whole.2. Normal growth condition before and after germination hormones of IAA content overall rise. GA3 content there is no obvious change, then rising rapidly in the future. The change of ABA content was bent, downward trend on the whole. ZR content suddenly rose to a peak, then drop.3. The bud of seedling wood carving area all carved bud and 50% point, studies the change of nutrients found in buds, all to bud and 50% engraved shoots processing can improve the content of soluble sugar, starch, protein and mineral elements of N, P, K, Ca, Cu, Fe, the content of zinc, but do not change the above change trend of nutrients.4. 50% malt processing and engraved with all shoots processing can improve the content of IAA and GA3 in buds. Buds all buds with 50% engraved with ABA content in shoots processing in general have a downward trend, all carved shoots processing ZR content reduced in the buds. Within 50% time shoots processing buds ZR content is on the rise. All carved bud treatment with 50% carved bud IAA/ABA, GA3 / ABA, ZR, ABA,(IAA, GA3 and ZR)/ABA, on the whole, these four ratio are on the rise.
