Sapindaceae (Sapindus mukurossi Gatren), is Sapindaceae (Sapindaceae) Sapindus genus (Sapindus) is a deciduous tree. It’s mainly living in the south of the Huai River and Qin Mountain. In this paper, Sapindus extract was tested for weed control efficacy in the field conditions and separated in the laboratory. Its main ingredient was measured for the herbicidal effect. component separation proved soapberry extract which is the main component having herbicidal activity, Sapindus Extracts exhibit synergism in the formulation of two complex in the experiment.1. After spraying 15d,30% Sapindus extract agent on common cornfield weeds had certain control effect. in the amount of 4500mL · ha-1, and the control effect on the D. sanguinalis was 85.23%, on the C. Rotundus was more than 91.1%, and was 80.92% on the L.prostrata;Against goosegrass, daughter son, Benn grass and other weeds Mo dishescontrol the effect were also more than 62.50%, better than the control pharmaceutical 23.61%.30d investigation after application, in the amount of 4500 mL · ha-1, and the control efficiency for D. sanguinalis, C. rotundus and L. prostrata were more than 83%. Informed from fresh weight, when 4500mL ha-1 dosage,30% Saponins extract agent on D. Sanguinalis and C. Rotundus control efficiency is higher than 90%,control efficiency of fresh weight on the L.prostrata and other weeds were over all70%.30% Sapindus extract liquid, in general, was the more of the dose, the higher of the efficiency on the weeds.2. Mixture of 20% alachlor · 30% Sapindus extract water emulsion and 20% alachlor · 20%Sapindus extract water emulsion had good control effect. after 15d on cornfield common weeds,in 4500mL · ha-1 dosage, the control effect for the D. sanguinalis and the C. Rotundus was more than 90%; the control efficiency of L.prostrata and other weed was over 63%.30d investigation after application, Sapindus mixed with alachlor, in the amount of 4500 ml · ha-1, the control effect for the D. sanguinalis and the C. Rotundus were more than 94%. The control efficiency of L.prostrata and other weed was at 64% or more. Informed from fresh weight, at the dosage of 4500mL · ha-1, two complex formulations had higher than 94% control efficiency on the D. sanguinalis and the C. Rotundus. The total fresh weight control efficiency was more than 69% against L.prostrata, other weeds and grasses.3. Mixture of 6% Oxadiazon·30% Sapindus extract water emulsion and 6% Oxadiazon 20% Sapindus extract water emulsion had outstanding control effect on cornfield common weed, in the amount of 3600mL · ha-1 after applied 15d, the control effects on cornfield major weed as D. sanguinalis, C. Rotundus and L.prostrata were more than 93%; after drug 30d, in the amount of 3600 ml · ha-1, the major strains of weed control efficiency above 90%, the control efficiency on the D. sanguinalis and the C. Rotundu was over 96%, with no significant difference between the control agents and was significantly better than the control agents on L.prostrata and other weed. Informed from fresh weight, at dosage of 3600ml · ha-1 the control efficiency of two formulations complexed on the main weed was higher than 92%.4. Four kind of material were saperated from apindus peel extract by Macroporous resin column chromatography, medium-pressure preparative liquid chromatography, gel column and silica gel column. The EC50 of control efficiency for lettuce seedlings was between 27.6-110.92 mg/L mg/L relatively. The EC50 of control efficiency for red clover seedlings was between 54.94-90.13 mg/L relatively. Compares with the positive control alachlor on lettuce seedlings control efficiency EC50 is 26.83 mg/L, and on red clover seedlings the EC50 is 70.39 mg/L, whose dosage was nearly even to alachlor dicot (EC50 was 26.83 mg/L for lettuce, EC50 was70.39 mg/L for red clover) inhibitory activity.
