| The agricultural rare earth has been used for decades in China with an application rate which is at the world leading level. It has an uncommon benefit in improving crop quality, yield,and decreasing the level of membrane lipid peroxidation. Soybean has a high nutritional value, there are high yielding soybean and research results of excellence in the aspect of production, quality and against adversity. The use of rare earth in soybean production was the focus of this study.High-protein soybean Dongnong 42 and high-fat soybean Dongnong 47 were planted in the pot as the experimental material in gardening. The study aimed at researching the level of membrane lipid peroxidation which includes photosynthetic pigment content 〠MP content 〠flavonoids content and MDA content by spraying La Cl3 and Ce Cl3 at different concentrations during different growth periods.La Cl3 and Ce Cl3 was sprayed by 0,40,80,120,160 mg·L-1in seedling stage and flowering period. The study aimed at screening the optimal concentration of rare earth and the best plant’s growth stage of application, the protective effect of adversity conditions and action principle. It provided theoretical basis of improving plant resistance and data reference for the rare earth applied in agriculture and soybean production.The results showed that:( 1) Soybean Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 photosynthetic pigment content were both increased by spraying suitable concentrations of rare earth solution. 80mg·L-1 La(â…¢)seedling stage treatment was best in all treatments. Soybean Dongnong 42 content of Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b and carotenoids was increased by 29.76% 〠35.55% and 16.35% than CK.Dongnong 47 content of Chlorophyll a,Chlorophyll b and carotenoids was increased by 19.21%ã€25.23% and 5.19% than CK.( 2) Spraying Low concentration of La Cl3 and Ce Cl3 solution could reduce the soybean leaf membrane permeability. The best concentrations of the two kinds of rare earth were 40mg·L-1 and40mg·L-1. 40mg·L-1 La(â…¢)flowering period treatment was best in all treatment. Soybean Dong42 and Dongnong 47 MP content were reduced by 25.37% and 17.64% than that of CK under40mg·L-1La(â…¢)treatment in flowering period(P<0.05).( 3) Soybean Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 flavonoids contents were both increased by spraying suitable concentrations of La Cl3 solution in seedling stage and flowering period.160mg·L-1La(â…¢) seedling stage treatment was best in all treatment. Soybean Dong 42 and Dongnong 47 flavonoids contents were increased by 22.38% and 9.23% than that of CK under 160mg·L-1 La( â…¢) treatment in seedling stage(P<0.05). Soybean Dong 42 and Dongnong 47 flavonoids contents were increased under all Ce( â…¢) treatment in seedling stage and flowering period(P<0.05).(4)The production of soybean leaf MDA were reduced by spraying suitable concentrations of La Cl3 and Ce Cl3 solution.160 mg · L-1La( â…¢) flowering period treatment was best in all treatments. Dong 42 and Dongnong 47 MDA contents were decreased by 34.44% and 30.19% than that of CK under 160mg·L-1La(â…¢)treatment in flowering period(P<0.05). |
