The soybean cultivars tested for Dongnong 42,Dongnong 47 and Dongnong 52,test method for potted plants in soybean foliar spraying LaCl3 solution,the concentration of 120,150,180mg·L-1,CeCl3 solution,the concentration of 30,60,90mg·L-1,LaCl3 and CeCl3 mixed solution,the concentration of 30,40,60mg·L-1,in the study of the effect of rare earth processing,change and reaction mechanism of some physiological indexes of soybean leaves,analysis of rare earth elements on soybean photosynthetic pigments,malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline(Pro)content,the activity of peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and the activity of ascorbate peroxidase(APX)characterized as physiological changes of life and the excellent state of object.The result of this study is to provide reference data for the application of rare earth in agriculture and the stable and high yield of soybean.Test results show that:(1)La and Ce mixed solution of foliar application of 30mg·L-1 of the soybean Dongnong 42 photosynthetic pigments increased on chlorophyll a(Chla),chlorophyll b(Chlb)and carotenoid(Carotenoid)content were increased,compared with the control 59.79%(P<0.05),95.80%(P<0.05)and 58.59%(P<0.05);CeCl3 60mg·L-1 solution of Dongnong 47 was the most significant,Chla,Chlb and Carotenoid content were increased,compared with the control 24.71%(P<0.05),55.58%(P<0.05)and 12.51%(P>0.05);60mg·L-1 LaCl3 and CeCl3 mixed solution of Dongnong 52 was the best,Chla Chlb and Carotenoid content were increased,compared with the control12.08%(P>0.05),2.43%(P>0.05)and 1.37%(P>0.05).(2)the concentration of CeCl3 solution was 90mg L-1 can increase the content of Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 47 proline,LaCl3 180mg L-1 solution of Dongnong 52 proline was the most obvious,compared with the control,three varieties of soybean were increased by 25.66%(P<0.05),8.66%(P>0.05)and 4.33%(P>0.05).(3)CeCl3 solution spraying concentration of 30mg·L-1,120mg·L-1 LaCl3 solution,LaCl3 solution of 180mg L-1,Dongnong 42,Dongnong 47 and Dongnong 52 MDA content were the lowest,decline compared with the control49.22%(P<0.05),12.57%(P>0.05)and 31.95%(P<0.05).(4)La and Ce mixed solution of foliar application of 60mg·L-1 can effectively increase the Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 52 peroxidase activity,60mg·L-1 CeCl3 makes Dongnong 47 peroxidase activity reached the peak,compared with the control,increased 11.36%(P>0.05),33.29%(P<0.05)and 19.91%(P<0.05).(5)spraying different rare earth elements could increase the activity of catalase in soybean 42,Dong nong 47 and Dong Nong 52.Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 52 in CeCl3 solution for 90 mg·L-1,Dongnong 47 in LaCl3 and CeCl3 mixed solution of 40mg·L-1 catalase activity was the highest,compared with the control,an increase of 18.50%(P>0.05),23.08%(P<0.05)and 51.52%(P>0.05).(6)Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 52 in LaCl3 and CeCl3 mixed solution of 60mg·L-1,Dongnong 47 in LaCl3 solution for 120mg·L-1 ascorbate peroxidase activity reached the peak,compared with an increase of 60.98%(P<0.05),24.44%(P>0.05)and 22.64%(P<0.05).
