China is one of the world’s largest rice producer, the annual output of rice is about1.2×108-1.9×108 t. The rice husk as one of the main by-product of corn processing, accounts for about 20% of the rice grain quality. And the rice husk become a popular reproducible resources because the large production and the low cost. On the other hand the chicken manure without disposed have a lot of problems. There are a lot of pathogens in the chicken manure, and these pathogens provide one of the channels for the spread of the virus. At the same time,it is also easy to attract underground pests. And the chicken manure have a lot of problems, for example the long composting cycle, the lost of nitrogen and so on. In order to improve the current situation, my research use chicken manure and rice husk as materials, then use the different initial C/N,moisture content and pH these mainly factors to conduct the experiment. By measuring these indicators, we screen the suitable ratio of chicken manure and rice husk. The next step is adding the calcium superphosphate, zeolite, activated carbon and bacteria agent during the compost. After that screen the best amendment, which provide the scientific basis and technical guidance for effective use of the rice husk.1. In the studies of chicken manure and rice husk compost effect by the C/N, we set up five processing, respectively15,20,25,30 and 35.Results show that the composting of 20 C/N is warming faster than the other four. The pile body over 50℃ maintain the longest time,7 day. It is consistent with the《Hygienic Requirements For Harmless Disposal Of Night Soil(GB7959-87)》, which claims during the compost processing the pile body temperature about 50-55℃ and last 5-7days. Meanwhile, the seed germination index is 91% that reach the standard of compost. The conclusion is the 20 C/N is the most suitable for the compost.2. In the study of chicken manure and rice husk compost effect by the moisture content 60%,is suitable for the pile body warming fast, the third day entered the phase of high temperature compost. It is the longest period of the high temperature, maybe 5 days. It is consistent with the 《Hygienic Requirements For Harmless Disposal Of Night Soil(GB7959-87)》, which claims the largest carbon decrease. The content of TN increased the most, so the loss less than other treatment. The smaller EC value, the less repression for the plant. The seed germination index is 89%,indicated the compost entirely maturity. The conclusion is 60% moisture content is the most suitable for the compost.3. In the studies of chicken manure and rice husk compost effect by the p H, the high temperature of treatment pH8 last five days. It is consistent with the 《Hygienic Requirements For Harmless Disposal Of Night Soil(GB7959-87)》, which claims when the compost of pH8 stops, the pH is 8.6. This is accord with the regulation, and organic matter degradation rate is highest. The content of TN increased the most, so the loss less than other treatment. The smaller EC value, the less repression for the plant. The seed germination index is 91%, indicated the compost entirely maturity. The conclusion is pH control over at 8.24 is the most suitable for the compost.4. In the studies of chicken manure and rice husk compost effect by the amendment, adding the amendment is better for the temperature raise, and the high temperature last a long time, the highest seed germination index, the lowest loss of TN,at the 27 th day the compost over. Adding amendment,on one hand get the high quality compost products, on the other hand reduce the time and TN loss.
