With the tremendous fowl manure in our country, the environment suffered a great pressure on pollution. In order to utilize them in a comprehensive way and get the win-win progress both on environment and economy, chicken manure compost was researched in this paper to develop a kind of compound microbial inoculation which could increase the temperature of compost rapidly, Compared home-made compound microbial community with two kinds of common microbial inoculation, the control compost test achieved research results below.(1) As the raw materials of fresh chicken manure and corn stalk, the natural manure could be fermented. Twenty various types of microorganism were filtrated and extracted when compost was in different stages and temperature. The code names of the microorganism were germ Xn, actinomycetes Fn, fungus Zn. Among them, the mesophile microorganism which lived in the favorable temperate from 25℃ to 55℃ are germ X1-X6, X8-X10, actinomycetes F1, F2, and fungus Z1、Z2、Z5、Z6. Thermoghiles which lived in the favorable temperate from 55℃-59℃ are X7、F3、F4、Z3、Z4. In order to keep best activity, various microorganism needed to live in an appropriate temperate.(2) In the composting process, the growth situation of different microorganism had obvious differences. Generally speaking, the exponential phase of actinomycetes and mycete started relatively late, the time duration was longer, and exponential growth rate was slower. However, the exponential phase of germ started earlier, the growth rate was faster which sustained four to eight hours generally. The situation of fungal hyphae was similar to fungus. In the process of extracting and making compound microbial community, the timing for solid-substrate of germ community was in accordance with 80% exponential growing period when the activity of microorganism was strongest. According to the quantitative relation of Microbial inoculation in natural compost, the compound proportion of different fungus could be determined.(3) Through comparing two kinds of Microbial inoculation from market, the EM community and RW enzymes, with home-made compound microbial inoculation, the test could result that the number of living microorganisms in home-made community was 2.27×108cfu·g-1 which was much more than other two kinds of Microbial inoculation in terms of quantity. In the control test between the three microbial communities and CK compost, it is found that home-made compound microbial community was superior to others three communities in rising the composting temperate and accelerating the process of putrescibility. In the earlier stage of composting, the hydrolysis rate of sample organic nitrogen water which added exterior microorganism was higher than CK control group,which showcased it was superior to EM community and RW enzymes from market in terms of compounding more carbon and more nitrogen in humic state. From the contrast test of total nitrogen content, especially in the second medithermal period, the climbing rate of trail sample was higher than any other sample, which embodied that home-made community was better than EM community and RW enzymes in enhancing the utilization of nitrogen, and benefiting for the stability and improvement of compost quality. After composing, the organic fertilizer products of home-made community reached the organic fertilizer standard of our country. Therefore, the application effect of home-made community reached expected effect.
