Under the national of the Twelfth Five-year Plan and Document NO.1 of the Central Government policy support, the central support of Integration of Water and Fertilizer has become the core of developing modern agriculture. The irrigation area of 900 million mu, Integration of Water and Fertilizer in the current application proportion was only 8.3%, which has a vast development. Most existing related equipment are simple mixed fertilizer equipment, lacking of monitoring and management with low degree of automation, equipped with advanced fertigation equipment variety structure and as a result high technical threshold, the stability is difficult to guarantee.In view of the above problem, this paper put forward the general structure of fertigation and configurable intelligent controller on the basis of the existing cucumber in structure, The LPC2387 chip was choosen as the core controller. By using the sensor technology, automatic control technology, information acquisition and processing technology, the paper developed the embedded software programmable in μC/OS-II operating system with simple and flexible touch settings, which can realize the switch from traditional mode to intelligent mode, and modular management, the logic of equipment was associated to fleetly system, extended up to 48-way control output, 16-way analog input and 16-way digital variables input. Combined with functional requirements, rewritten μC / OS-II-related code, and transplanted to the LPC2387 hardware platform. According to the Universal Controller on Integration of Water and Fertilizer performance and requirements, this design draw tools for making use of the Universal Controller, and made good pictures downloaded to a touch screen, by ADS1.2 software development program code. After repeated construction, the system achieve universal effect flexibility, fast and responsibly. And dynamic data in real time on a touch screen monitor EC / pH value, flow, dissolved oxygen, the threshold alarm can be shown on a touch screen monitor. Integration equipment of water and fertilizer can meet the different modes of the structure of upgrading and quickly build different suitable sizes for fertigation equipment, and a single way under fertilization system as an example shows the universal pattern to build process quickly. To realize optimization configuration, reliable monitoring, and automatic control, precision management.Finally, through the system function test, the system circuit work stable, system program can run normally, it can be finished on a touch screen and communicated with LPC2387, set the system time, the system calibration measurement used to satisfy the whole controller set and call on time.
