Taishan Scenic Area has rich resources of old trees, the main species have cedar, pine, Pinus bungeana, Ginkgo biloba, Sophora japonica, locust, the number of ancient Platycladus orientalis accounted for more than 90% of the total trees in Taishan. Therefore, the research on ancient Platycladus orientalis for protection of Taishan Group of trees has important significance. Luo Han Ya forest and the queen mother of the pool area is Mount Tai scenic spot is now preserved ancient Platycladus orientalis maintenance is good, the distribution of the relative concentration of the regional. Therefore, this paper takes Berlin ancient forest and the side of Luo Han Ya pool scenic spot as the research object, to explore the relationship between ancient Berlin side middle enzyme activity and in vivo arborvitae non enzyme substance content, body health and quantity characteristics of tree nutrient content, leaf between the soil microbial, research on quantitative characteristics of enzymes and non enzymatic activity material content, nutrient content, soil microorganisms as leaf tree health index for judging the possibility, and tries to explore the relationship between the age of ancient Platycladus orientalis and enzyme activity and non enzymatic substances content, soil nutrient content, leaf biomass micro features, in addition, the ancient cypress plant allelopathy and tree body injury repair was studied, in order to provide a theoretical basis for scientific and feasible protection for the rejuvenation of ancient trees. Finally, the results were analyzed by statistical method, and the following conclusions were drawn.:(1) SOD, POD and CAT three enzymes activity and MDA and chlorophyll content of the research were determined.. The same level of ancient Platycladus orientalis in leaves, SOD, POD activity was significantly higher than that of root, the content of MDA in leaves was lower than the root. But when the tree body is weak, the CAT activity of the leaves is lower than the root system.. Under the condition of three enzymes activity than the weak high, MDA content change is the opposite. Under the same condition, both enzyme activity and non enzyme substances content, level of ancient Platycladus orientalis to lower than three ancient Platycladus orientalis. SOD, POD, CAT and MDA three kinds of enzyme activity and chlorophyll content could be used as indicators of health diagnosis of ancient Platycladus orientalis.(2) The study of determination of 15 elements in ancient oriental arborvitae. At the 90% confidence interval is found between all kinds of ancient Platycladus orientalis but not Ca content difference reached significant level and the content of Na and Sr elements also showed a significant difference. In addition, according to the results of multiple comparison, all kinds of ancient Platycladus orientalis P, Na, Mg, a large number of elements and Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Li, Ba, Co, Ni, Pb content difference was not significant. CA is capable of stabilizing cell membrane and stable cell wall, involved in information transfer, quality of seeds. SR can be as a marker of xylem transport capacity and Na can plant cells by regulating the osmotic pressure, influence of moisture balance and cell extension, three elements can be used as an ancient Platycladus orientalis Jian Kang diagnosis index.(3)This study determined ancient Platycladus orientalis site soil bacteria, content of actinomycetes, fungi, and on soil physiology transformation the number of microorganism in 7 kinds of bacteria were separated and determined. In addition to the number of fungi is not obvious rules, three ancient Platycladus orientalis site soil of the rest of the microbial population were higher than that of a class of ancient Platycladus orientalis and poor growing ancient Platycladus orientalis site soil in the rest of the microbial quantity below grew well in ancient Platycladus orientalis. Ancient Platycladus orientalis site soil bacteria, actinomycetes, soil physical transformation of the number of microorganism in 7 kinds of bacteria can be used as ancient Platycladus orientalis health diagnosis of the index.(4) Side of ancient Baigen rhizosphere soil, ancient Platycladus orientalis leaves, side of ancient cypress bark water extraction liquid of tree seed germination, root growth showed inhibitory effect and with the increase of the concentration of extract. The inhibitory effect was enhanced, the sense of material concentration, producing the same effect but different intensity.(5) Hormones and preservatives on the damage of ancient Platycladus orientalis tree has the function of repair and healing.
