To system study the evolution of soil biological activity in the armeniaca and corn(peanuts),pyrus and corn(peanuts) agroforestry compound system in region of Liaoning western. Including the variation of soil moisture, soil nutrient, soil enzyme activity and soil microbial quantity.The result shows that:soil moisture content is the highest in agroforestry compound system. Soil nutrient content is the highest in agroforestry compound system.Soil enzyme activity and microbial quantity in pyrus compound system is higher than armeniaca compound system. Soil enzyme activity and microbial quantity in the roots occasion> crop rhizosphere> non-rhizosphere, surface soil is higher than deep soil, forest is higher than crop.The correlation analysis shows,there is a significant positive correlation among soil enzyme activity, soil nutrient and soil microbial quantity.Path analysis can be drawn catalase and available phosphorus are the main factors affecting total number microbial,available phosphorus is the main factor affecting catalase activity, catalase is the main factor affecting urease activity,catalase and organic are the main factors affecting invertase activity.
