Effects of different nutrient solutions on physiological characteristics,yield and quality of garlic were studied under hydroponic culture,in order to provide a theoretical reference for resonalbe fertilizer application of garlic.“jinxiangzip” were tested in this research,with Hoagland Arnon nutrient solution based,set up four levels of processing: Set up four levels: CK(deionized water), A(standard Hoagland nutrient solution), B(1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution), C(improvement of nutrient solution),were designed to investigate the effects of on growth,photosynthetic characteristics,activity of enzymes,yield and quality in different nutrient solution.The main conclusion was as following:1. The suitable nutrient solution formula can promote the growth of garlic seedling. C treatment can significantly promote the root growth of hydroponic garlic seedling, improved the root activity and root fresh weight, compared respectively increased by 29.26% ~ 63.54% and 38.38% ~ 107.73%. At the same time, green garlic sprout growth characteristics in different degrees of increase, C treatment growths best in the nutrient solution, and different nutrient solution formula for the promotion of garlic seedling morphological index effect in garlic seedling growth later period than the growth performance of the more obvious. Compared to C processing plant fresh weight and plant height increased by 66.86% ~ 109.61% and 28.09% ~ 125.98%, pseudostem length and pseudostem diameter increased by 27.01% ~ 27.01%, leaf length and leaf width increased by 12.74% ~ 57.71% and 16.88% ~ 59.26%, pseudostem weight and leaf weight increased by 30.18% ~ 71.22% and 36.36% ~ 132.69%.2. The suitable nutrient solution formula can significant enhance the photosynthetic performance of garlic leaves.The photosynthetic pigment contents and photosynthetic parameters(Pn,Tr,Gs) of leaf were the highest at C treatment, compared with controls were increased by 57.10%, 57.10% and 57.10%; And intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) in B treatmenting is highest, is significantly higher than control. In the early garlic seedling, A, B, C treatment of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, chlorophyll(a + b) and carotenoid content were significantly higher than control. In late garlic seedling, no obvious difference between A with B processing, chlorophylla and carotenoid content in A fairly, but were significantlyhigher than the contrast, in the processing of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, chlorophyll(a+ b) and carotenoid content is the highest of the C treatment, compared with controls were increased by 69.30%, 69.30%, 85.11%, 63.01%, significant difference.3. The suitable nutrient solution culture can significantly improve the garlic leaf enzyme activity. SOD activity in addition to early treatment is slightly lower than B contrast, other leaf SOD activity in the groups were higher than control, and activity of the highest in C dealing with nutrient solution, the activity of two periods than in control increased by 22.33% and 22.33% respectively. CAT and POD activity in the nutrient solution C processing activity, two growth period, respectively, compared with the control increased by 46.76%, 45.55% and 91%, 46.76%. At the same time,the content of MDA significant,it must be have a very close relationship with that the suitable nutrient solution can significant enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD,POD and CAT.4. The suitable nutrient solution can significantly improve the quality of garlic seedling.The contents of allicin,soluble sugar,soluble protein and free amino are processed in C treatment of the garlic seedling pseudostem and leaf. As well as vitamin C content in pseudostem reached the highest at A treatment,compared with increased by 8%~17.01%;in the leaf,highest content of vitamin C in C treatment,compared with increased by 14.49%~26.09%.
