Effects Of Different Nutrient Solution,varieties And Seed Garlic Types On The Yield And Quality Of Garlic Seedlings

Garlic is a genus of Liliaceae and it contains nutrients beneficial to the human body like Vitamin C,a variety of amino acids and Allicin,etc.As the specific period of garlic garlic seedling crops,it also has high nutritional and medicinal value.Reports about effects of different nutrient solutions,varieties and Seed garlic types on garlic seedlings seems very few up to now in the hydroponic production of garlic seedling.This test uses deep flow technique in water of garlic seedling to explore effects of the nutrient solution,formula,varieties and seed types on growth,the quality and yield of garlic seedlings.The compound fertilizer formula was tested with 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4% and 0.5%.The nutrient solution formula with CK,0.2% compound fertilizer,0.2% compound fertilizer and fertilizer,standard Hoagland,modified Hoagland.Varieties select Jinxiang garlic,Sichuan garlic and Cangshan garlic and the garlic treatments using Cangshan garlic single,half head and whole head.The growth,yield and quality indexes of 20 d,40d and 60 d were determined respectively so as to select the suitable nutrient solution,varieties and types of garlic for the hydroponic garlic seedling quality,high yield and provide a theoretical basis.The main results are as follows:1.The results of compound fertilizer showed that compared with other treatments,compound fertilizer(N:P2O5:K2O=15:15:15)0.2% plus fertilizer formulation is the best in the plant height,stem diameter and fresh weight were measured,Photosynthetic characteristics,leaf enzyme activity and root activity,soluble sugar,allicin and other nutritional indicators,garlic bolt production and yield per unit area etc.But in 0.3% compound fertilizer treatment,the content of VC and soluble protein are higher than the 0.2% compound fertilizer treatment.2.The nutrient solution test results showed that the garlic seedlings in 0.2% compound fertilizer and fertilizer and improved Hoagland are better in plant morphological index,pigment content,soluble sugar content and yield than the other treatments.Photosynthetic characteristics,the content of soluble protein and Allicin are the best in 0.2% compound fertilizer compared with the other treatments.Leaf enzyme activity,root activity and vitamin Ccontent are the best in improved Hoagland compared with the other treatments.The plant fresh weight in each treatment(0.2% and 0.2% fertilizer compound fertilizer,compound fertilizer,modified Hoagland,Hoagland)increased respectively 67.0%,32.8%,73.7% and 51.7%compared with contrast of clear water.Plant height increased respectively31.3%,3.8%,32.1%,7.1%.In general,0.2% compound fertilizer and fertilizer and improved Hoagland are the best in growth,yield and the qualities of garlic seedlings compared with other formulas.3.The results of the varieties test showed that Jinxiang garlic is the best in growth,yield per weight,yield per unit area and the qualities in total.But Cangshan garlic is higher than Jinxiang garlic and Sichuan garlic in soluble sugar and soluble protein.The root activity of Jinxiang garlic was higher the Cangshan and Sichuan garlic respectively 7.9% and 29.9% at60 d.Allicin is 15.4%,11.0% and VC is 11.3%,6.3%.Garlic yield per kg is higher than Cangshan and Sichuan garlic respectively 19.0% and 36.9%.In general,Jinxiang is better in growth,yield and the qualities than Cangshan garlic and Sichuan garlic.4.The results of the methods of garlic test showed that single head garlic is better than half head garlic and whole head garlic in Plant height,stem diameter,plant fresh weight,photosynthetic characteristics,root activity,soluble sugar content,allicin content and yield and so on.And single head garlic is the highest than half head garlic and whole head garlic in the yield of garlic seedlings at 60 d,respectively increase 32.5% and 57.5%.Carotenoid increase respectively 23.1% and 14.3%,the root activity is 18.9%?9.6% and the content of allicin is 3.3% and 17.8%.In general,single planting is more conducive to the yield of per weight,yield per unit area and quality of garlic seedlings.
