Study On The Preparation Of Compounded Chinese Medicine Yinqiao Oral Liquid

Chinese veterinary medicine has thousands of years history, its theory comes from production, medical practice and is improving in the the process of development gradually formed a unique comparative complete medical theory system, which has great advantage.Many Chinese classic herbal formula has accquired good effect in the clinical application of prevention and control of animal diseases.Yinqiao oral liquid was developed based on traditional classic herbal formula of Yinqiao powder by changing the form of drug. Yinqiao oral liquid has the advantages of easy to use,fast absorption and high efficacy. Pharmacological research shows that Yinqiao oral liquid has strong antibacterial antiviral activity, anti-inflammatory activity, anti-allergic activity,antipyretic analgesic effects, and ajust body immune function.In order to get the sentific preparation process, design L9(34) orthogonal experimental, the volatile oil extraction and chlorogenic acid content in water liquid was used as target to optimize extraction process.For quality control reseach, thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to identify composition in chinese medtion. The experience indicated that active ingredients in honeysuckle, forsythia, arctium, mint, herba schizonepetae, and licorice all have clear spot,good reproducibility and without negative interference, which can quickly determine above six medicine’s existence in Yinqiao oral liquid. For the important active ingredient chlorogenic acid, HPLC was used in the studying. Method with high theoretical plate number and good separation was established, after precision inspecting, stability and repeatability test,sample recovery rate test indicated method established can be accepted.The antibacterial activity of Yinqiao oral liquid against avian E.coli O78 standard strain(C84008) and 5 Escherichia coli strains isolated in clinical was tested by Oxford cup method.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was determined by tube double dilution method. The results showed that Yinqiao oral liquid has strong inhibitory effect onEscherichia coli, MIC of C84008 was 32 mg/mL, for 5 Escherichia coli strains isolated in clinical was respectively 52, 52, 83, 83, 104 mg/mL. These results were consistent with Oxford cup method.Antibacterial activity in vivo of Yinqiao Oral liquid against Escherichia coli isolated in clinical numbered 11-29 was performed on chickens, with challenge dose of 3×108CFU.Yinqiao oral liquid was set as the treatment group and Yinqiao powder as the control group.The results showed for mortality, compared with Yinqiao power, Yinqiao oral liquid of high and middle dose have significant differences with(P < 0.01), and(P < 0.05) of low dose. For treatment efficiency and body weight gain, compared with Yinqiao powder, Yinqiao oral liquid of of high and middle dose have significant difference with(P < 0.05), while, there is no obvious difference in low dose between them. All these explained the treatment efficiency of Yinqiao oral liquid against Chicken Escherichia coli disease was better than that of Yinqiao powder.
