Selenium is the life of the essential elements, can inhibit tumor, enhance human immunity, anti-cancer failure prevention role.This test is to the main oil crops peanuts as the research object, using field plot experiment, pot experiment and indoor analysis the research method of combining research under the condition of different selenium content, different varieties of peanuts on exogenous absorption, transformation and accumulation regularity of selenium and their selenium-rich ability difference, clear peanuts of selenium distribution in different organs, discusses selenium on peanut growth, metabolism and yield, quality, etc, to lay the foundation for the further development of selenium-rich peanut industry, to improve people’s selenium nutrition status is of great significance.In this paper, main conclusions are as follows:1. Rich selenium peanut varieties screening: according to the selenium content of selenium food classification standard(DB6124.01-2010)(mg/kg to selenium) nuts selenium content in(0.01 ~ 1.00 mg/kg), 18 testing varieties are within the range of 0.01 ~ 1.00 mg/kg,belong to the rich selenium peanuts.18 testing varieties of peanut selenium content difference is very apparent, according to the size of the selenium-rich ability, preliminary screening of 7varieties of selenium accumulation, 7 secondary selenium accumulation species and 4varieties of the selenium accumulation.2. Peanut dynamic: the absorption of selenium in 5~ 60g/667m2 of selenium application scope, to take root, stem and leaf of selenium content in overall presents a trend of reducing the rise;Selenium content in fruit shell from sulfate coblat before planting to harvest the decrease trend;Grain selenium content increasing from sulfate coblat before planting to harvest. In 3 mg Se(IV)/kg soil range, compared with CK, shi selenium can significantly improve the peanut selenium content in different organs.With selenium content in peanut growth continuously transfer, transfer from vegetative organs to reproductive organs, from the ground to the underground part of transfer, selenium is mainly accumulated in the late peanut growth.3. The influence of selenium on peanut growth and development: on a scale of 5~60g/667m2 of selenium application scope, selenium will promote the growth of peanut, peanut main stem height, branch number, each organ biomass and yield are significantly increased;but when the selenium concentration reached 40g/667m2, then will inhibit the growth and development of peanut.4. The effects of selenium on the physiological and biochemical properties: in 3 mg Se(IV)/kg soil, sulfate coblat before planting in three varieties of peanut leaf SOD, POD, CAT activity and MDA content, soluble protein content were significantly differences between their respective control and were significantly higher than control. In 3mg Se(IV)/kg soil,content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b will increase, and carotenoid content decreased.Selenium content within 5~ 60g/667m2,selenium can make in peanut leaf free proline content increased significantly, improve the resistance of peanut, especially in 60g/667m2 effect is best.
