This study carp young fish(3 ~ 5 cm length)as the research object,on the basis of the carp feeds for full price feed,respectively in the feed to add 0 mg/kg,0.6 mg/kg,1.2 mg/kg,2.4 mg/kg,4.8 mg/kg concentration of sodium selenite,feed in selenium was studied in carp young fish catalase and superoxide dismutase(SOD)enzyme activity and the influence of the intestinal tissue structure,also USES the method of graphite furnace atomic absorption of trace element selenium in the carp young fish absorption,enrichment,metabolic processes in the body has carried on the preliminary exploratory research.Experimental results show that:(1)the selenium feed feeding different levels of the experimental group,the selenium content of all the fish are showed similar trends,selenium content in the rising trend with the increase of feeding days,Peaked at 45 days,and then with the increase of feeding days continue to present a lower trend,?(0.6mg/kg)??(1.2mg/kg)??(2.4mg/kg)??(4.8mg/kg)groups carp young fish selenium content is 3.53?3.98?3.75?5.81 times of experiments before the selenium content.There was no significant difference in the concentration of selenium(P > 0.05)when ?,?,? group carp young fish feeding the same number of days.In 45 days and 60 days,compared with ?group and ????? groups,significant difference was found in rich selenium content(P<0.05),and the amount of selenium in 45 days and 60 days respectively is 6.29 mg/kg and 5.28 mg/kg,Is ?,?,? group average 1.55 and 2.08 times.(2)Each group within 30 days,the change of the content of selenium was not significant,and showed a positive growth trend,30 to 45 days period,the change of selenium content increased significantly,after 45 days,the change of selenium content showed a negative growth trend.(3)Each group within 30 days,the change of the content of selenium was not significant,and showed a positive growth trend,after 30 days,the selenium feed was replaced with basic feed,the selenium content of carp young fish changed greatly.show a negative growth trend.,besides the ? group variation is larger,the changes of other groups were small,in II group,there was still a small positive growth trend after feeding the basal diet.(4)Different feed concentration level of selenium can increase carp juveniles catalase activity,with 1.2 mg/kg is the most appropriate,compared with the experimental group increased 1.88 times;(5)In the low concentration of selenium in the experimental group,the number of goblet cells in the intestinal villi mucosa is very small,mucosal layer is dense and not have obviously vacuoles.With the improvement of inorganic selenium concentration in the feed,the number of goblet cells has been increased,Mucous membrane layer becomes loose and vacuoles.
