Using the methods of field experiment, chemical analysis and biological statistics, effects of selenium, zinc and their interaction on the yield were systematically illuminated. Fingding out the changing regularity of concentration and the amount of accumulation of N,P,K,S,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn in whole growth periods and the distribution of selenium, zinc. The absorbtion dynamic models of 10 elements of 4 treatments were established. The greatest amount of 10 elements fastest absorbtion rate and their appeared time were elucidated. The Pearson correlations of 10 elements on kernels were analyzed ; The effect on the requirement of 100Kg kernels , consumption coefficients and productivity were made clear. The best applying concentration of selenium, zinc on spring wheat were concluded. This conclusion is very important to enrich the two elements on kernels.
