The development of agricultural internet of things can promote the development of the agricultural economy. Many countries invested heavily in the construction of agriculture internet of things. We can form a series of intelligent information system through intelligent sensing technology of agriculture, wireless sensor networks in agriculture, the RFID identification technology and agricultural information processing model. Through these, also we can improve agricultural production management and decision-making level. And we can also promote the development of modern agriculture.According to the needs of the project, we analyzed the principle, classification, advantages and disadvantages of temperature and humidity module and illumination module. We analyzed the compositions, principle, performance index, classification, protocol and application of the RFID. According to the needs of the project, we explore the detailed analysis of some typical hardware.First we should select a temperature and humidity sensor module, a illumination module and microcontroller. In the project, we choose DHT22, BH1750, Xbee S2 and Arduino UNO R3 to develop the environment monitoring node. The software should realize the real-time monitoring of environmental parameters and real-time transmission.About the wireless sensor networks, we analyzed and compared several current popular wireless sensor networks. We select the Xbee S2 based on ZigBee technology. According to the specific requirements of the project, we set up a wireless sensor network. This network owns a plurality of sending, receiving a single.According to the results of orthogonal test, we chose AS399x. In this system we use Arduino UNO R3 as a controller to further secondary development. The system software must can search tags, select tags, read tags and write tags. By the time synchronization, we combined and processed the data of the two subsystems.he system integrated small sample data of sensor nodes and the read and write of RFID module through the wireless data receiving platform. By the RFID module we can read, store and invert input the data which combine the ID information and the identification of sensor information. The system integrated the signals of RFID module and sensor nodes in another way. Finally we realized the structure of RFID-Sensor.
