The secondary metabolites of Ganoderma australe, Pleurotus djamor and Laccaria laccata were isolated by using silica gel column chromatography,reversed-phase ODS column, Sephadex LH-20, crystallization and re-crystallization, thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. And their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR, MS,IR, and UV.1.Secondary metabolites of the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma australe:Eighteen secondary metabolites were isolated from the ethanol extract of wild fruiting bodies of Ganoderma australe, by using various chromatographic techniques above mentioned. Fifteen compounds were elucidated on the basis of MS, NMR, IR and UV. They were Methyl ganoderenate G(1-1), Ganoderenic acid G(1-2), Ganoderenic acid A(1-3), Methyl ganoderenate A(1-4),Ganoderenic acid D(1-5), Ganoderenic acid F(1-6), Ganoderic acid AP(1-7),7β,23α-dihydroxy-3,11,15-trioxolanosta-8,20E(22)-dien-26-oic acid(1-8),Elfvingic acid A(1-9), 3β,5α-dihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one(1-10), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(1-11), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(1-12),9-octadecenoic acid-2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(1-13), β-sitosterol(1-14),α-D(+)-glucose(1-15). Nine lanostane-type triterpenoids were first isolated from Ganoderma australe. And Methyl ganoderenate G, which was isolated from plants for the first time, was a new lanostane-type triterpenoid. The anti-bacterial activity and anti-fungi were tested by the Oxford cup method. The results showed that, the ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract of Ganoderma australe had no activities to Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results of the anti-tumor activity showed that, compounds 1-1, 1-2, 1-10 had good anti-tumor activity to human breast cancer cells MCF-7, compounds 1-1, 1-9 had higher inhibition rate to colon cancer cells SW620.2.Secondary metabolites of the fruiting bodies of Pleurotus djamor: Fifteen compounds were separated and purified from the ethanol extract of the fruiting bodies of Pleurotus djamor, by using silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20,crystallization and re-crystallization, TLC, ODS, HPLC and so on. And ten compounds were elucidated on the basis of MS, NMR, UV, IR and other modern spectroscopic techniques. They were Nicotinamide(2-1), 3-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(2-2), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(2-3), Hydroxyhexadecanoic acid(2-4),3-hydroxy butyl phenylacetate(2-5), Cyclopentadienyl lactone(2-6), Nicotinic acid(2-7),(22E,24R)-3β-hydroxy-5α,8α-epidiory-ergosta-6,22-dien(2-8),(22E,24R)-3β,5α,6β-trihydroxy-ergosta-7,22-dien(2-9), β-sitosterol(2-10). The anti-bacterial activity and anti-fungi were tested by the Oxford cup method. The results showed that, the seven parts of Pleurotus djamor had no activities to Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces cerevisiae.The results of anti-tumor activity showed that, compounds 2-8 had good anti-tumor activity to human breast cancer cells MCF-7 and colon cancer cells HCT116.3.Secondary metabolites of the fruiting bodies of Laccaria laccata: Ten compounds were separated and purified from the ethyl acetate extract of the fruiting bodies of Laccaria laccata, by using silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20, crystallization and re-crystallization, TLC and HPLC. And six compounds were elucidated on the basis of mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum and other modern spectroscopic techniques. They were linoleic acid(3-1), Methyl linoleata(3-2),Benzamide(3-3),(22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidiory-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(3-4),(22E,24R)-3β,5α,6β-trihydroxy-ergosta-7,22-dien(3-5), β-sitosterol(3-6). The anti-bacterial activity and anti-fungi were tested by the Oxford cup method. The results showed that, the ethyl acetate extract of Laccaria laccata had no activities to Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger,Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results of the anti-tumor activity showed that,compounds 3-4 had good anti-tumor activity to human breast cancer cells MCF-7 and colon cancer cells HCT116.
