To improve the soil properties in dry land farming, reducing the use of chemical fertilizers. In this paper, by research straw, straw with fertilizer, application of ECF, fertilization with trace element iron and zinc and other methods impact on growth, yield and soil properties of dry land wheat and the effect of different treatments on rainfed wheat microbial flora changes. By analyzing the different treatments of the growth of Wheat, harvest index, and soil moisture, nutrients and microbial flora change, come the best combination of measures dry land wheat fertilization, the results showed that:Soil amendment fertilizers can increase water retention capacity of dry land wheat, especially in dry periods increase of 16.12%. And to improve soil nutrient conditions of wheat fields, and reached a considerable level of general fertilizer. Can improve some yield of Wheat compared to control production increased by 19.1%, but the effect is not significant better than chemical fertilizer. To get a better yield further improvements are needed.Straw returning can improve water retention capacity of the soil, which crushed straw water retention is better than whole straw have a 0.5% higher. Influence of simple straw returning yield of wheat not significant compared with the control increased only 7%, straw returning in conjunction with fertilization is more favorable for the growth of wheat and improved by 26.9% compared to controls. Simple straw returning of wheat field soil nutrient conditions increase is not significant, after the combine with fertilizer significantly improved increasing the nitrogen in the fertilizer distribution and the maximum reached 38.2%. Therefore, if the straw returning is applied to dry land wheat production, straw returning should be carried out on the basis of the fertilizer. This will not only improve soil nutrients, but also improve soil moisture of dry land soil, to improve the sustainability of wheat yield and soil fertility. Straw returning manner crushed straw with Fertilization is best.Trace elements iron, zinc has less impact on soil moisture. In promoting the growth of wheat trace elements iron, zinc can increase the number of tillering wheat; the overall yield also has some improvement compared with the control overall production increased by 25.6% and 23.1%. Trace elements iron and zinc soil nutrient in wheat field and did not show a significant role in promoting, for some nutrients such as potassium can reduce its content.
