This study regarded 5a sandy jujube in Shuangcheng Town, Hengshan County, Yulin City in Shaanxi as the object of study, used the fertigation technology, and designed two sets of test schemes:(1) three factors of N, P and K with five levels and two orthogonal rotation combination design; (2) two factors of Fe and Zn stochastic combination design. Through the determination on the growth and development, yield and quality of Jujube, studied on the effects of Jujube under fertigation technology. The results showed that:1. Under the treatment of N3P3K3、N3P3K5 and N4P4K4, fruit weight, fruit setting rate and yield were significantly higher than other treatments. N, P fertilizer with low levels K for the elongation growth of fruit transverse diameter was more significant. The treatment of N4P4K4 boosted the elongation growth of fruit longitudinal diameter. The fruit shape index under the treatment of N4P4K2 was best. N promoted the growth of bearing branch significantly. Under certain matching of N and K, fresh and dry weight of 100 leaves, thickness of 100 leaves and leaf area index generally increased with the increase of P. At the same time, an appropriate increase of P could improve water content of fruit, soluble protein content, sugar acid ratio, solid acid ratio and ascorbic acid content. The increase of K could promote the accumulation of total sugar, reducing sugar, saponin and flavone, to ensure the quality of jujube.2. Fe、Zn fertilization under the drip fertigation technology significantly promoted the growth of bearing branch, fruit setting rate, effectively increased fruit weight, improved the yield, it all showed Fe and Zn fertilization better than single fertilization. Fe、Zn significantly promoted the growth of leaves, CCI value、fresh (dry) weigh、thickness of 100 leaves and leaf area index were better than CK. Fe could promote the growth of fruit longitudinal diameter and the fruit shape index of Zn treatment was the best. For the effects of the fruit transverse diameter, accumulation of total sugar and reducing sugar, sugar acid ratio, water content of fruit, solid acid ratio, soluble protein, ascorbic acid, saponin and flavone, it generally showed that Fe and Zn fertilization better than single fertilization.3. To conduct regression analysis on this study of fertigation N, P and K, the yi eld regression equation was:Y=20787.71+1340.49X1+1504.62X2+1115.78X3-4517.45X12- 3228.35X22-1955.32X32+1144.98X1X2+1006.08X1X3+985.25X2X3, and the quality of the regression equation was:Y=83.94+2.13X1+7.09X2+3.79X3-3.33X12-3.14X22-3.60X32+3.12 X1X2-1.66X1X3+1.3OX2X3. Under this experiment conditions, the frequency analysis met hod was used for optimizing on yield and quality fertilization model, and the conclusi ons after considering was following. The target of yield ranged 14000-21000kg-hm-2 a nd the quality score above 80, these optimum fertilization scheme was:the amount of N was 352.86~401.23 kg·hm-2, P2O5 was 192.49~195.41 kg·hm-2 and K2O was 47.13 ~57.99 kg·hm"2.
