In order to reveal the effect of the technology of fertigation on improving yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,and fertilizer utilization efficiency,this experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the technology of fertigation on dry matter accumulation,nitrogen uptake,agronomic traits and economic characters of flue-cured tobacco,and analyse the effect of the liquid fertilizer containing fulvic acid for tobacco on metabolism of cembratrien-diols and improving the content of cembratrien-diols in glandular trichome exudates of flue-cured tobacco at Yiyang County,Luoyang,Henan from 2015 to 2017.The main results showed that: 1.Effect of the technology of fertigation on yield,quality and economic efficiency of flue-cured tobaccoThe application of the technology of fertigation in tobacco production could improve the yield,quality and economic benefits of tobacco leaves effectively.The yield and output value of the fertigation treatment could reach 3604.5kg/hm2 and 69957yuan/hm2,which increased by 25.4% and 29.9% than the conventional cultivation treatment.Meanwhile,the cost of production could be reduced by 3820 yuan/hm2,and the farmers’ net income could be increased by 19904.5 yuan/hm2;The technology of fertigation also could improve tobacco quality significantly.The content sugar and potassium content in tobacco leaves were improved.The chlorine content in tobacco leaves was reduced.The coordination of chemical composition was better than the conventional cultivation treatment.The content of the degradation products of cembranoids in neutral aroma substances is 3.29 times than conventional cultivation treatment.The quality of appearance and sensory were also improved significantly.2.Study on high efficiency utilization of nitrogen nutrition in Flue-cured Tobacco under the technology of fertigationThe technology of fertigation had a positive effect on regulating the uptake of nitrogen and improving nitrogen use efficiency,dry matter accumulation,yield and quality of Flue-cured Tobacco.The fertigation treatment could increase the amount of dry matter and nitrogen accumulation and improve the rate of accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen significantly than conventional cultivation treatment.More importantly,the technology of fertigation could advance the peak of dry matter and nitrogen accumulation by 5.46d;At the same time,The fertigation treatment significantly increased the apparent utilization rate of N by 111.63% than the conventional cultivation treatment,the nitrogen partial productivity was also increased by 8.28%,the soil nitrogen dependent rate was decreased by 18.28%.3.Effect of the liquid fertilizer containing fulvic acid for tobacco on metabolism of cembratrien-diols in flue-cured tobaccoThe liquid fertilizer containing fulvic acid for tobacco could promote the relative gene expression related metabolism of cembratrien-diols in flue-cured tobacco,improve the content of glandular trichome exudates and solanone,and ameliorate the quality of aspiration.What’s more,the density of glandular hairs and the glandular trichome exudates were improved.The content of cembratrien-diols in glandular trichome exudates was 1.4 times and 1.6 times than the other 2 treatments;The fertigation applying liquid fertilizer containing fulvic acid for tobacco treatment could significantly increase the relative expression of CYC-1,CYP71D16,DXR,and DXS,which was 12.45 times,3.54 times,3.22 times and 3.44 times than the conventional cultivation treatment and 4.11 times,5.71 times,2.44 times and 2.28 times than the fertigation applying ordinary liquid fertilizer for tobacco treatment;In addition,the content of solanone in modulated flue-cured tobacco leaf in the fertigation applying liquid fertilizer containing fulvic acid for tobacco treatment was higher than in the other treatments,which was 2.93 times and 1.99 times of that in the conventional cultivation treatment and the fertigation applying ordinary liquid fertilizer for tobacco treatment irrespectively.The sensory quality of flue cured tobacco was improved obviously.
