Caragana stenophylla (Caragana stenophylla Pojark), is the plant of Bean and Caragana genera, produced in northwest China, north China.Caragana stenophylla Pojark for small xerophytic shrubs and plants of the genus caragana in the Mongolian plateau that is one of the largest and the largest number of species of caragana, and becomes stable companion species, build group of species and dominant species in the typical grassland, desert grassland, mountain grassland and desert grassland vegetation.Love grows in gritty soil, gravel mass slope and sand covered slope.At the same time,Caragana stenophylla Pojark is important one of the small shrub plant sand-fixation and afforestation in arid and semi-arid region,what has important economic and ecological benefits,and the higher ecological adaptability.And it’s for windbreak and sand-fixation ability is very strong,it can also prevent soil erosion and to beautify the environment. Stem of caragana stenophylla Pojark nutrition is rich, and it can be used as the main source of high quality forage grass livestock.This study selected 13 caragana stenophylla Pojark populations as the research object in xilingol to erdos of Inner Mongolia,,follow-up studies of the plant morphological characteristics and its correlation with different habitats, and the analysis of the different layers of soil nutrients,combined with the different habitats and using the ISSR molecular markers for the study of genetic diversity and habitat correlation analysis of caragana stenophylla Pojark in Inner Mongolia,clarifyied caragana stenophylla Pojark populations genetic structure and Distribution pattern of genetic variation.The results are as follows:(1) The height scope of 13 caragana stenophylla populations is 7.83 cm~26 cm, the average of plant height is 17.2 cm; The variation range of crown is 285.57~ 4102.92, the average of plant crown is 1364 cm; the range of Coverage is 31%~ 62.9%, the average is 47%.Plant of the highest population is Cs4 located in the typical grassland,the lowest is Cs2 population;the largest crown of population is Csl2 in desert grassland,distribution in a typical steppe populations of Cs2 plant crown is minimal;the coverage of sample Cs2 is largest and the smallest is Cs7 located in the desert grassland.(2) From the east to the west of Inner Mongolia, the four factors of total nitrogen, total carbon, soil organic carbon and total phosphorus content is consistent overall the change,and its total Performance content in the overall change,is the laws of up-down-up-down.PH of soil changes is relatively stable.In 13 samples of 0 to 30 cm soil layer,total nitrogen content in the range of 0.028%~0.134%, the average is 0.05%; The overall total carbon content range of 0.21%~1.09%,average 0.57%;The total organic carbon content range of 0.204%~1.081%,the average is 0.405%;The overall total phosphorus content range of 0.176%~0.176%.the average is 0.24%;The general PH range of 7.5~9.4,with a mean of 8.9.The results show that,its high and low order for total nitrogen content is general minimum; total carbon and organic carbon content is higher; the total phosphorus content in the middle.(3) Morphological characteristics and habitat factors of caragana stenophylla exist a certain correlation in Inner Mongolia.An average annual rainfall of salience related (P= 0.018< 0.05),the explain of level is 63.3%.The 0 to 10 cm total phosphorus content were significantly associated with the crown (P=0.003<0.05), explained at a rate of 79.6%.Plant coverage and soil factors of 20 to 30 cm total nitrogen and total phosphorus content of 0 to 10 cm have a significant correlation (P= 0.011< 0.05; P= 0.006< 0.05), explained at a rate of 68.5% and 68.5%.(4)The 12 primers to amplificated 13 caragana populations,received 395 locis, the total percentage of polymorphic loci (PPB) high of 100%, thus caragana stenophylla populations has highly genetic diversity, Nei’s genetic diversity index (He) and Shannon information index (1) are 0.3325 and 0.5004,Population genetic differentiation between coefficient is 0.2265,showsing that distribution of genetic variation between populations is 22.65%, and the genetic variation within the species accounted for 77.35%, The genetic variation mainly exists in the population,the strong genetic differentiation between populations, the gene flow between populations was 1.7082, the gene exchange between populations more frequently, Through the cluster analysis of 13 Caragana stenophylla populations,results showed that the various cluster is not according to the geographical distance, the results show that populations did not clusteraccording to the of the distance and geographical location. But there are very few comply with geographic distance between populations of gradient of clustering. Between individuals also proved that the population between genetic clustering infiltration phenomenon.Mantel tests showed that 13 populations and genetic distance and geographic distance has not significant correlation.(5)By stepwise regression analysis to analysis correlation between genetic diversity each index of caragana stenophylla and habitat, the results showed that soil factors at 0 to 30 cm in total carbon content and 0 to 10 cm of the whole carbon content have more influence on genetic diversity 13 caragana stenophylla populations have significant correlation between the two.
