Effect Of Different Protein And Crude Fiber Level In Diets On Blood Biochemical Index And Digestive Enzymatic Activities In Young Rabbits

The experiment we conducted to investigate the effect of different protein and crude fiber on the blood biochemical index, activation of digestive enzyme and digestibility of nutrient in young rabbits .In the end ,we compare the difference in activation of digestive enzyme, blood biochemical index and digestibility of nutrient between different month rabbits.Choose lactating rabbits.64 rex rabbits randomly is divided into 4 groups,every group had 16 rex rabbts .Feed nutrition is divided into four types, namely diet 1 ( crude protein 17,crude fibre 14% ), diet 2 ( crude protein 17,crude fibre 10% ), diet 3 ( crude protein 17,crude fibre 12% ), diet 4( crude protein 19,crude fibre 12% ) .When they were one month , select 4 rabbits every group to perform the digestive experiment ,in order to determine digesting rate of nutrition , After the digestive experiment killed them to determine the main digestive enzyme activation of intestinal content thing ,blood biochemical index and digestibility of nutrient. When they were 2 month we do the same thing.The result indicated that : (1) For one month rabbits , as the crude protein in diets increased, the activation of chymotropsin,amylase , cellulosic enzyme activation and trypsin were decreased(p>0.05 );For two month rabbits, the activation of chymotropsin ,cellulosic enzyme activation and trypsin were increased as the crude protein in diets increased,,the activation of amylase were decreased as the crude protein in diets increased (p<0.05); (2) The content of crude fibre in diets affected activation of digestive enzyme, for young rabbits the activation of amylase manifested that 10% crude fiber in diets was highest it was significantly different contrasted with 14% groups(p<0.05).For one month rabbits,The activation of cellulosic enzyme was highestin 14%crude fiber in diets,there were significant difference contrasted with 10% crude fiber (p<0.05) ; For two month rabbits,The activation of cellulosic enzyme was highestin 12%crude fiber in diets , there were significant difference contrasted with 10% crude fiber (p<0.05) ;For young rabbits, as the crude fiber in diets increased, the activation of chymotropsin and trypsin decreased, 14%group was lower than 12% and 10%,12%andl0%hadn't significant...
