Brassica napus has significant heterosis,The genetic distance is a an effective parameter to measure heterosis. Through to special matching of the materials, It can form a strong advantage of hybrid combinations.We can cultivate excellent hybrids.This experiment adopts SSR(Simple Sequence Repeats) marker for genetic diversity analysis of 199 founder parents materials.And choose 119 materials for SNP(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) analysis. It aims to find more information of the founder parents and provide a reference for selecting parents in the process of rapeseed, and enhanced the heterosis of F1 generation.The results of the study are as follows:1, first of all, the appraisal of sterility.Use 11 pairs of specific primers designing according NCBI released information about rape male sterile and restore gene sequences.The results show that the materials including pol.CMS and restorer lines, ogu.CMS, self-incompatible and restorer lines, recessive nuclear sterile lines and restorer lines and recessive epistasis nuclear sterile lines and restorer lines.The results basically correspond to the background of the materials provided.2, using 49 SSR markers analysis the199 founderparents.128 polymorphism loci were detected.Results show that the material of genetic distance was 0.0395- 1.4586, on average, 0.5159.The genetic distance in 0.4-0.5, 0.5- 0.6 is32.323% and 38.383%, respectively;Genetic distance is less than 0.3 and more than 0.7 is 1.010% and 5.051%, respectively.SNP marker detected 7751 loci, 119 materials of genetic distance between 0.0001 and 1.8918, on average, 0.7459.The genetic distance on 0.5- 0.6, 0.6- 0.7 and > 1 accounted is18.644, 28.814% and 15.254%, respectively.The proportion of genetic distance is less than 0.4 is only 0.847% respectively.3, the research proves that genetic distance is positively associated with heterosis.Between the material in this experiment, each unit has a significant genetic differences, the genetic differences between the parents than other materials.The parents have best comprehensive properties.Such as huazhong agricultural university, The parents of hua you za 62 distance was 0.8125, approved by hubei province in 2009, 2010 passed the national area countries in the middle reach of Yangtze river, 2011 passed the national Yangtze river region and the northwest spring rape trial zone countries. Clustering results have no direct relationship with regional.Especially the SNP clustering result is similar to material of the genetic background. According to the result of this study materials can be exchange among breeding units, by equipping and filter(combining ability breeding), we can choose the optimal hybrid combinations, cultivate strong advantage hybrids.5, the comparison of SSR and SNPSSR and SNP are resemblance overall, but the average genetic distance of SNP markers’ are higher than the average genetic distance SSR markers’, and the results of SSR markers not inosculates with a few materials’ background.The results may be related to the less number of SSR markers(detecting fewer genome points).SNP marker explore the genetic diversity between the parents in the whole genome level, and the result more accurate, but high cost limits its application to a certain extent.
