Epidemiological Investigation And Research Of The Prevention And Control Countermeasures On "High Fever Disease" Of Swine In Anhui Wannan Area

Many pigs appeared the main characteristics of "unknown high fever swine disease"with high fever and not eating any food somewhere in anhui province in 2009 and 2011. In order to find the disease causes and provide decision-making reference for the prevention and control,We carried out epidemiological investigation, clinical diagnosis, pathological anatomy and etiology detection to those sick pigs in the area. The results show that the free-ranging is the the main breeding pattern,breeding density is too large,and the raising management level is aiso very poor. In particular the immune for the classical swine fever and the reproductive and respiratory syndrome wasn’t being carried out. The swine disease wsa concentrated occurred in July land in late October to early November,The pig disease was mainly along the main highway township provincial and county roads.The pigs exhibited fever, listlessness, skin cyanosis, dyspnea, dry stool, loss of appetiteand other symptoms,Autopsy shows that the both surface of the heart was bleeding,and the liver necrosis is white and with bleeding spleen infarction, the lymph nodes was also bleeding, the kidney and renal pelvis surfacebleeding were also bleeding,and they had the intestinal congestion and other features,In 2009,the wine group of incidence was 8%, the case fatality rate was 8%, the mortality rate was 4%;and in 2011,the swine group of incidence was23%, the case fatality rate was60%, the mortality ratewas 13%;We collected the clinical samples PRRSV (Nsp2 1594-1680 mutant) and real-time fluorescent RT-PCR nucleic acid CSFV RT-PCR pathogen detection, the mutant PRRSV-positive rate was 60%(12/20),and the CSFV positive rate was80%(18/20) in 2009; the mutant PRRSV-positive rate was 67%(20/30), and the CSFV positive rate was73% (22/30).The comprehensive analysis showed that the two swine disease were swine fever and mixed infection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.By tracing the source of the disease,two Swine Disease were bpth caused by imported sick pigs from other places,transmitted mainly through vet, pigs, selling, breeding of mobile communication.By adopting the blockade, isolation, disposal, disinfection, stronger comprehensive prevention and control measures, such as immune to effectively control both swine disease, we eventually controled the swine disease in the scope of the township, the swine disease did not spread to any other towns.
