Highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(HP-PRRS)is also known as highly pathogenic swine blue-ear disease.HP-PRRS is one of the most serious infectious animal diseases.With the indepth study of HP-PRRS,which is very easy to variation,super escape or regulate the immune surveillance and proliferation of dependent on antibody enhancement.Obviously,it is very difficult and important that the HP-PRRS prevention and early warning.Classical swine fever(CSF)is popular in our country for a long time,is caused by swine fever virus(CSFV)is an acute hot sexual contact highly infectious diseases,is one of the most serious disease endangering the global pig industry.According to statistics,thirty percent of the dead pigs is died of swine fever.From the beginning of 2008,the national implementation of HP-PRRS and CSF vaccine mandatory immunization,to prevent a pandemic of the disease has important significance.In order to grasp the immune effect of HP-PRRS and CSF,explore the HP-PRRS and CSF antibody level and virus infection under the conditions of vaccination in Chaozhou City,This paper attempts to put forward the corresponding comprehensive prevention and control countermeasures,according to the new situation.This study carried out the following work:1.HP-PRRS serological and etiology monitoring in Chaozhou City during 2010 to 2014We analysed 4053 pig serum samples randomly selected from 185 farms(households)that is located in Chaozhou City(including backyard households,large-scale farms,pig breeding farms and slaughterhouses).The serological monitoring antibody level for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)were tested by ELISA kit.The results showed that the average antibody qualified rate was 80.46% and higher than standards of specified by the State Department of agriculture(70%).Among them,in accordance with the years,antibody qualification rate of 2010 is 67.37%,below the national department of agriculture.The results showed that antibody qualification rate of 2011-2014 ranging from85.93%?78.83%?78.22%?94.66%.According to the statistical monitoring sites type,antibodies to the qualification rate of the individual is cage-free households> pig breeding farms >large-scale farms> slaughterhouses,and antibodies to the qualification rate of the group is pig breeding farms > cage-free households> large-scale farms> slaughterhouses.It is showed that slaughterhouses had the lowest levels of antibody,and the vaccine immunization has achieved some success,but there still exists the blind area of immunity.In accordance with the administrative area classification,the antibody level is Fengxi District>Xiangqiao District>Chaoan District>Raoping County,and biological tests of statistical significance.There are differences between the immune antibody levels and unstable.We analysed 587 pig lymph nodes randomly selected from 43 slaughterhouse that is located in Chaozhou City from 2012 to 2014.The etiology monitoring for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)were tested by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR kit,positive number of site was 12,total positive rate was 27.91%,the sample pathogen positive was 52,and pathogenic average positive rate was 8.86%.The results showed that positive monitoring sites rate of 2012-2014 ranging from 55.56%-14.29%,the sample positive rate of 2012-2014 ranging from 15.63%-0.76%.and biological tests of statistical significance was extremely significant difference(P?0.01).Downward trend obviously,the city on the prevention and control of the disease is effective.2.CSF serological and etiology monitoring in Chaozhou City during 2010 to 2014We analysed 5719 pig serum samples randomly selected from 288 farms(households)that is located in Chaozhou City.The results showed that immune antibody qualified 4587 samples,and the average antibody qualified rate was 80.21%.Among them,in accordance with the years,antibody qualification rate of 2010 is 95.77%,and 2011 antibody qualified rate 90.40%,antibody qualification rate of 78.39% in 2012,2013,percent of pass is72.05%,the percent of pass is 70.06% in 2014.Swine fever antibody the qualified rate of decline year by year,but still higher than 70% of the national ministry of agriculture standards,the region's 2010-2014 swine fever antibody overall qualified rate up to standard.According to the statistical monitoring sites type,antibodies to the qualification rate of the individual is large-scale farms>pig breeding farms>cage-free households>slaughterhouses.It should be worth noting: the test of slaughterhouse swine fever antibody percent of pass is only 44.82%,completely unable to protection,should cause enough attention,and antibodies to the qualification rate of the group is pig breeding farms> large-scale farms>slaughterhouses> cage-free households.In accordance with the administrative area classification,the antibody level is Fengxi District>Xiangqiao District>Raoping is good.
