This experiment was conducted to study effects of different levels of energy on production performance, egg quality, nutrient apparent digestibility of laying hens under the conditions of adding non-starch polysaccharides(NSP) enzyme, to assess the NSP enzyme effects of corn soybean meal diets, and to provide references for rational application of NSP in layer diet.Using double factors experiment design, select 480 new Nongda 3 hens 270 days of age, which is divided into 12 groups, each group has 4 repeats. Group 1, 2, 3 was the control group, fed corn soybean meal diet. group 4 to 12 according to 3×3 two factor design of experiment, different energy levels respectively with three different composite enzyme preparations(compound enzyme 1, 2, 3) nine of the diet composition. Back-grounding 7d, trial- period 60 d, Results indicate:1. The effect of different energy level on differences which are feed intake, average egg weight, feed egg ratio and average egg laying rate was significant(p < 0.05). About average egg weight, egg laying rate, energy levels of 11.3MJ/Kg higher than 11.1MJ/Kg and 10.9MJ/Kg. About feed intake, energy levels 11.3MJ/Kg lower than 11.1MJ/Kg, 10.9MJ/Kg. Energy levels 11.3MJ/Kg lower than 11.1MJ/Kg, 10.9MJ/Kg. Enzyme Preparation on average egg weight and egg production rate impact was not significant(P > 0.05), feed intake was the highest and feed egg ratio was the lowest when add the enzyme 2(P < 0.05). Different combinations of energy levels and enzyme preparations for feed egg ratio appear significant interaction effect(P < 0.05). 11.3MJ/Kg energy levels and enzyme 2 show a clear advantage.2. Effect of energy levels and enzyme preparation on egg quality were not significant(P> 0.05).Showed between egg quality indicators and dietary energy levels positively correlated, but did not reach a significant level. About egg shape index, shell thickness, shell hardness, Haugh unit, yolk relative weight, energy levels 11.3MJ/Kg respectively higher than 11.1MJ/Kg, 10.9MJ/Kg. When the enzyme-based factors, about egg shape index, group of enzyme 2 respectively higher than control group and group of enzyme 1, enzyme 3;about eggshell thickness, eggshell hardness and Haugh unit, group of enzyme 3 respectively higher than control group and group of enzyme 1, enzyme 2; about yolk relative weight, group of enzyme 1 respectively higher than control group and group of enzyme 2, enzyme 3. Different combinations of energy levels and enzyme preparations for egg shape index, shell thickness, shell hardness, Haugh unit, yolk relative weight interaction is not obvious(P > 0.05). 11.3MJ/Kg energy levels and enzyme 2 or enzyme 3 show a clear advantage.3. Energy levels and enzymes have a significant effect in nutrient apparent digestibility(P < 0.05). about energy digestibility, crude protein digestibility, calcium digestibility, Energy levels 11.1MJ/Kg higher than 11.3MJ/Kg and 10.9MJ/Kg level.About phosphorus digestibility, Energy levels 11.3MJ/Kg higher than 11.1MJ/Kg level, significantly higher than 10.9MJ/Kg level. When the enzyme-based factors, about energy digestibility and crude protein digestibility, phosphorus digestibility, groups of enzyme 1, 2, 3 were higher than control group. About calcium digestibility, control group and groups of enzyme 1, 2 were higher than group of enzyme 3. Different combinations of energy levels and enzyme preparations for laying hens apparent digestibility of energy performance significantly interaction effect(P < 0.05), and crude protein, calcium, phosphorus apparent digestibility of interaction is not obvious(P > 0.05). 11.1MJ/Kg energy levels and enzyme 2 or enzyme 3 show a clear advantage.4. Energy levels and enzyme preparation on digestive enzyme activity in duodenal contents had a significant effect(P < 0.05). About amylase, lipase, trypsin activity, energy levels 11.3 MJ/Kg was higher than 11.1MJ/Kg and 10.9MJ/Kg level. When the enzyme-based factors, about amylase, lipase, trypsin activity, the lowest in the control group, each test group were higher than the control group. Different combination of energy levels and enzyme preparations amylase activity, trypsin activity which in duodenal contents of laying hens show a significant interaction(P < 0.05), but lipase activity was not obvious(P > 0.05). 11.3MJ/Kg energy levels and enzyme 2 show a clear advantage.5. Energy levels and enzyme preparation on SOD of blood and blood glucose level was not significant(P > 0.05). SOD activity in blood of energy levels 11.1MJ/Kg is higher than 11.3MJ/Kg and 10.9MJ/Kg level, sugar content of energy level 11.3MJ/Kg higher than 11.1MJ/Kg and 10.9MJ/Kg level. When the enzyme-based factors, about SOD activity in blood, control group and group of enzyme 1, enzyme 2 were higher than group of enzyme 3. About sugar content, group enzyme 1, 2, 3 were higher than control group. Combination of different energy levels and enzyme preparation SOD of blood, blood glucose levels which for laying hens show a significant interaction(P < 0.05). 11.3MJ/Kg, 11.1MJ/Kg energy levels and enzyme 1 show a clear advantage.Under the experimental conditions, to improve the apparent digestibility of the nutrient substances, the optimal energy level was 11.1MJ/Kg and the effect of the compound enzyme 2 was optimal; to improve the production performance and immune ability, the optimal energy levels was 11.3MJ/Kg and the effect of the compound enzyme 2 was optimal.
