To explore the nutrient value of of corn starch residue in laying hens ,there are three experiments which explained in this essay:nutritive composition analysis, metabolism experiment and feeding experiment,so corn starch residue can be supplied the theory base for ratiol using and develop the non-conventional feed resources. The results were as follows:Experiment one:Through the conventional analysis and pure nutritive composition analysis, this experiment can Analyze the content of amino acid and the conventional nutritive composition of corn starch residue and corn fiber feed, The conventional analysis of corn starch residue indicate that follows:DM96.97%,CP18.65%,ash5.33%,EE22.75%, Ca0.95%,TP0.42%,GE22.07MJ/Kg.The main limited amino acids of corn starch residue are:Lys0.84%,Met0.50%,Cys0.18%,Thr1.07%.Experiment two: 32 roosters whose average weight is 1.5kg were divided into 2 groups with 4 replications of 4birds each . This experiment adopt traditional digestive rate calculating method to determine the conventional nutritive AME and Metabolism rate of contentional nutrition of corn starch residue. The Metabolism rate of DM,CP,Ca and TP and metabolizable energy of corn starch residue is: 52.85%,47.40%,32.55% and 14.05 MJ/Kg.Experiment Three :The experiment selected 500 normaly eating laying hens whose weight is similar with each other.,and divided them to 5 treats with 5 repeatings having 20 layers.GroupⅠw as the control group that was provided basal diet,GroupⅡ~Ⅱof corn starch residue was used 13%,16%,19%and22% corn starch residue instead corn by 1:1 metabolizable energy ratio. This experiment study the effect of corn starch residue and corn fiber feed in laying hens on the figures which are production performance, nutrition digestibility, egg quality, small intestine morphology, cecal microbe, blood biochemical indicator and Animal House Environment.Through the figures ,the Feasibility ,Suitable proportion and Mechanism of corn starch residue in laying hens can be explore out.(1)The effect of corn starch residue on production performance in laying hens:All of the groups had no Significant impact on laying rate and day-egg yields with the control group(P>0.05); GroupⅡsignificantly decreased the feed intake by 10.57% compared with the control group (P<0.05); GroupⅡsignificantly decreased the broken (soft) eggshell rats by 90.89%(P<0.05);GroupⅣhad the lowest amoy death rate in all the groups (P<0.05). (2)The effect of corn starch residue on apparent nutrition digestibility : Compared with the control group , GroupⅡ, GroupⅣand GroupⅡimproved apparent utilization rate of crude protein by 30.45%,10.08% and 21.57%(P<0.05);the experiment groups improved apparent utilization rate of Ca by3.14%,2.30%,0.99%and4.99%,GroupⅡand GroupⅡa re significant(P<0.05);The apparent utilization rate of P was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(3)The effect of corn starch residue on the quality of the eggs:There were no significant differences on egg weight ,egg-shape index , eggshell thickness ,egg yolk comparative weight, egg protein comparative weight , egg shell comparative weight between experiments and the control group (P>0.05); The egg-yolk colour of GroupⅡimproved by 8.4% significantly than the control group(P<0.05)。(4)Addition of corn starch residue in diet has no significantly effect on caecum microorganism such as escherichia coli, bifidobacteria and lactobacilli(P>0.05).(5)The effect of corn starch residue on the Intestinal structure:Compared with the control group: The villus height , small intestine wall thickness of duodenum and the crypt depth were not significantly(P>0.05);The effect of corn starch residue on the Intestinal structure of jejunum was not significantly(P>0.05).(6)Corn starch residue had no significantly effect on intestinal viscosity.(P>0.05).(7)The effect on the animal house environment: Corn starch residue had no effect on the content NH3 in animal house(P>0.05),but Group IV and GroupⅡimproved the content of H2S significantly(P<0.05).(8)The effect on the blood index: Corn starch residue had no effect on the blood index(P>0.05).
