In this thesis, a new excellent middle indica rice varieties(combination) that are bred in recent five years in Anhui province is used as materials, analyzed yield traits、quality traits and disease resistance traits from the development trend、different yield level varieties quality and resistance performance、the main backbone parental combination performance and correlation between different traits etc.Probed into how to enhance yield、 quality and resistance synchronously in Anhui province middle indica hybrid rice breeding, the key bottleneck combination、the main backbone parental combination rule.The research results provide an important reference for middle indica hybrid rice breeding in Anhui province.1、The yield level of new rice varieties (combination) bred in recent years in Anhui province gradually increased,and the quantity proportion of varieties whose yield are higher than contrast variety and yield increased scope increased greatly.2、Draw from the analysis results of quality, the head milled rice rate,chalkiness degree、chalkiness rice rate、the length of grain and length-width ratio have great influence on rice grain quality, while transparency, alkali spreading value, gel consistency, starch and protein content had little effect on rice quality.In recent years, rice grain quality has been improved greatly in Anhui province,in breeding mainly from the grain shape and chalkiness degree angle to improve the rice quality, grain shape gradually shifts to long grain type, grain length and length-width ratio increases gradually, chalkiness degree is more and more small,So in breeding we should find the balance point in the grain length and the head milled rice rate.3、In recent years, a new middle indica hybrid rice combination in Anhul province are been improved largely in blast resistance, resistance to banded sclerotial blight、bacterial blight、green smut basically unchanged.Thus in recent years breeders have attached enough attention to rice blast, and this is related to strengthen screening in Huangshan, Jinzhai and other areas of rice blast in recent years, both considering the yield and resistance to rice blast.In the future breeding, we should not only pay attention to the rice blast resistance,but also to strengthen the identification and selection of other disease resistance at the same time, especially rice green smut resistance.4、From the analysis of several backbone parental combinations can be seen, Ⅱ-32A series combination has the highest level yields, but the rice quality and the ability of resistance to bacterial leaf disease is poor;Y58S series combination was high yield, better grain quality and the ability of resistance to rice blast and banded sclerotial blight is strong;Guangzhan 63S series combination has good performance in yields while the performance in other aspects is common; C815series combination has the worst yields, but resist to bacterial blight;Xin’an S production level is general, the ability of resistance to rice blast and rice green smut is poor, but also easy to spring stripe disease.Through the comparative analysis of these backbone male sterile line combination found that in the future we can strengthen the application and improvement of Y58S, in order to breed more new combination of middle indica whose yield, quality,and resistance can be synergistically enhanced.5、The effective panicle has great effect both on setting percentage and yield per unit area, the higher the effective panicle the higher the yield;the actual yield of rice has significantly positive correlation with the actual grain number per panicle, seed setting rate,and has positive correlation with plant height, panicle, grain number per panicle,If we want to obtain high rice yield, we should improve the grain number per panicle and effective panicle based on the guarantee of seed setting rate, in order to achieve the purpose of high and stable yield.A significant positive correlation between the several major diseases of rice such as bacterial leaf blight of rice、blast、banded sclerotial blight and rice green smut, the law is favorable to resistance breeding, it can make multiple resistances been improved synchronously.
