In this study, Qi 319,9801, Chang 7-2, Zheng 58 and Ph6wc, five maize inbred lines was detected to research the effects of the main seed grading,sowing depth,density,leaf number of emasculation and hormone treatment(GA) before tasseling on maize seed vigor, field emergence and plant growth,and to explore highly vital grading-grain type, suitable sowing depth, density, leaf number of emasculation and concentration of GA.The study may provide a theoretical basis for agricultural technology with seed production mechanization of hybrid corn.The results are as follows:1.In classification test,among five maize inbred lines four to five grading grain type (big flat, big round, small flat, small round and no grading), both the seed vigor and emergence rate of big flat were the highest. Each treatment completed emergence at 13 days after sowing, and germination rate curves are basically the same during 5-14 days.The majority of grading-grain types on middle heading time period, plant height, ear height, blossom, blossom beginning period of flourishing period, spin, spin the flourishing period, early maturation time and grain number per spike showed no significant influence, but they significantly influenced on the seed weight at harvest time. Kernel weight of big flat was the highest. Comprehensively, grading-grain type of big flat was the best.2.1n sowing depth test,among five maize inbred lines, the emergence rate except Zheng 58,plant height except Qi 319,middle heading time period, ear height, blossom, blossom beginning period of flourishing period, spin, spin the flourishing period and early maturation time of each treatment showed no significant difference.Grain number per spike of 9801, Zheng 58 and Ph6wc showed no significant difference,,ck(about 4cm) and 9cm are suitable for Qi 319,and 7 cm was suitable for Chang7-2.Kernel weight of each treatment showed significant difference,ck and 7cm were suitable for Qi 319,and 7 cm,9cm and ck were suitable for 9801,3cm and 5cm are suitable for Chang7-2,3cm and 7cm were suitable for Zheng 58, and 7 cm was suitable for Ph 6 wc.Comprehensively,sowing depth of 5-7cm was the best.3.1n density test,among five maize inbred lines,middle heading time period, blossom beginning period of flourishing period, spin, spin the flourishing period, blossom except Qi 319,early maturation time except Qi 319 and Zheng 58,and grain number per spike except Chang 7-2 showed no significant difference.However,kernel weight of each treatment showed significant difference,Qi 319,9801 and Ph6wc at 4000 were better, Zheng 58 at 4000 and 5000 was better.Comprehensively,density of 4000 was the best.4.In emasculation test with leaves,among five maize inbred lines,early maturation time of each treatment showed no significant difference.Grain number per spike except Qi 319 showed no significant difference,Qi 319 without 3 leaves behaved better,kernel weight except Zheng 58 showed significant difference,Qi 319 without 21eaves behaved better.9801 without 1 leaf or 21eaves behaved better,Chang 7-2 at ck(without tassel) without 2 leaves behaved better,Ph6wc at ck without 3 leaves behaved better.Comprehensively,emasculation without 2-3 leaves was the best.5.1n hormone treatment, among three maize inbred lines, application of hormone treatment(GA) before tasseling had an obvious impact on tassel pumping outdegree, spindle length,internode length,plant height and ear height.With increasing concentration of GA (mg/L),tassel pumping outdegree decreased,while spindle length increased,1 to 5 internode length of Zheng 58 and 9801 increased slightly,even being resisting,1 and 2 internode length of Chang 7-2 with GA100 increased,while deceased with GA200、 GA300,3 internode length of each treatment increased.4 internode length were resisting Both.plant height and ear height increased.Early maturation time of each treatment showed no significant difference.Grain number per spike,kernel weight of 9801 and Chang 7-2 showed no significant difference, Zheng 58 increased.Comprehensively,considering the important element of mechanization, hormone treatment at GA100 behaved better initially.
