Studying different structural parameters of the goat shed thermal environment changes in the South of China and its related control measures, at the same time, the study analyzed the influence of sheds environmental factors on the goat body weight gain, feed intake, physiological and biochemical indexes. The experiment were determined three modern mutton goat enterprises in Guiyang, Feidong and Guoyang, there were 13 goat sheds had been used in study of production environment parameters and the performance of the relationship under different environmental regulation mode of thermal duty summer and winter two seasons. The 13 goat sheds, including our research group had researched and developed 3 moving goat sheds in the summer of Guiyang region, a common double top slatted floor fenestrated and airtight goat shed in Southwest of china,4 common double top slatted floor fenestrated semi-open goat shed that the roller shutters can rise and fall in the winter of Guoyang,2 single pitch roof slatted floor semi-open goat shed in the winter of Feidong, a moving goat shed, a single pitch roof slatted floor semi-open goat shed and a common double top slatted floor fenestrated and airtight goat shed in the summer of Feidong. The experiment was measured under different environmental goat shed controlled temperature, humidity, and the lowest maximum temperature. According to different the experiment, the study simultaneously determined flock of goats weight gain, average daily feed intake and serum biochemical indicators during the experiment.The main results were as follows:1.The examination result reveals that some indicators of mobile goat shed in Southwest, such as average temperature and relative humidity, are significantly lower than the common double top slatted floor fenestrated and airtight goat shed (P<0.01).Under different rearing density, the thermal environment parameters of mobile goat shed were not significant difference (P>0.05). Under the condition of grazing, low-density group (0.6 head/m2) goat body weight gain was significantly higher than the medium-density of the group (1.2 head/m2). When the rearing density doubled, high-density group (1.8 head/m2) goat body weight gain was significantly lower (P<0.01).2.The effects of thermal environment control measures in different structural goat shed:the study compared different ventilation modes thermal environment parameters, the results showed that the ventilation time had no significant difference with changes of the goat shed temperature and humidity (P>0.05), When ventilation was the same time, the size of the hole in the open area was significantly influenced goat shed temperature and humidity (P<0.05), the goat shed thermal environment influenced goat feed intake, while goat feed intake has significantly increased with the decrease of the temperature (P< 0.05)3.The examination result reveals that some indicators in mobile goat shed in summer, such as IgG, ALB and STP of the group in mobile goat shed were higher than semi-open goat shed and airtight goat shed in varying degrees, the measured of microclimate environment parameters in mobile goat shed were better than other two groups. The BUN of goat and the concentration of ammonia in airtight goat shed were significantly higher than semi-open goat shed and mobile goat shed (P<0.01). With the increase of rearing density, the air temperature, relative humidity, the concentration of ammonia and carbon dioxide concentrations in goat shed increased. Although there are some differences in 3 goats sheds’ air temperature, judging from the measurement of serum biochemical index data, the flock of goat in goat shed did not suffer from severe heat stress. Therefore, three kinds of goat shed have nice heatstroke insulation effect in the southern region.
