With the development of Chinese conditions, countries pay more and more attention to agriculture, how to effectively improve agricultural production is the most important problems in all aspects, at the same time as the national attention to the food safety, how to ensure the efficient use of the premise nutritious foods safety under the fertilizer is now the most popular topics.Sowing fertilization is closely related with The yield and quality, cost, crop soil, non-point source pollution, appropriate seeding rate, fertilizer can effectively control the cycle of the composite ecosystem material. Therefore, the need for agricultural development sustainable is to set up multi-goal sowing fertilization system.The seeds in our country agriculture fertilizer use by using the method of empirical mean application, which not only caused the seed, pesticide, fertilizer waste, it may cause damage to the soil, causing pollution to the environment; not only affects the crop production potential to play, and the production cost will be increased, the final harvest of agricultural products quality and yield will be greatly reduced, a serious threat to the sustainable development of agriculture in china.This research aimed at problem which are not accurate seeding and not differ from species, geography and soil condition, surplus fertilization and not according to demand to fertilize exsited in the present our country agriculture. Around the topic of research on seeding and fertilization experiment and model, beginning with nutrient management, analysis of yield and economics, analyzed research method and present condition of seeding and fertilization experiment and model at home and abroad, and the significance of seeding and fertilization research. This paper introduced assignment, demand and error of experiment and demand, method and step of framing experiment; and analyzed source of experiment error and its control measures, choosed the better and adaptive method for this experiment to seeding and fertilization experiment from various method experiment project design and field experiment design. And adopting the methods of quadratic rotation regressive, D-optimal regressive, and one-factor regressive and random regressive designed the experiment scheme, in order to confirm the optimal deal of seeding and fertilization, and marked experiment in field. Determined the impact trend about the planting density, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on yield and income through the one-factor experiment, and determined the impact about the planting density, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on yield through the quadratic rotation regressive and D-optimal regressive design experiment, implemented the data processing with computer, set up model with equation, and get optimal deal of seeding and fertilization aiming biggest yield and income, laid a foundation for the seeding and fertilization application.
