State advocate the path of sustainable development, one of the most basic is agriculture. Sustainable development of agriculture is the cornerstone of the overall sustainable development path. Our country is the world’s most populous countries, food production is particularly important. Increasing emphasis on national food security, promote green and healthy food. So how to ensure food security based on the use of fertilizers to increase crop yield agricultural community is now most concerned about the topic.Fertilizer production and planting methods and is directly relate d to the amount of crops. The seeding and fertilizing and soil ecology, costs, environmental pollution and other issues are closely related. Reasonable seeding rate and fertilizer can effectively guarantee the stability of the soil ecosystem. Soil nutrients more evenly relatively stable. The need to establish multi-index seeding and fertilization system.In the history of agriculture in the amount of seed and fertilizer use are based on farmers’ own experience, often an amount higher than the optimum value, resulting in a seed, fertilizer waste, may also cause soil compaction, environmental pollution; hindered crop play their own potential for growth, as well as increased production costs, and ultimately affect the quality and yield of the harvest, the impact of the development of agriculture sustainable.This study was conducted for the study of modern agriculture problems. Seeding rate, fertilizer inaccurate, with the yield crop varieties, topography, soil conditions vary; fertilizer application and other issues need to be pressed around these problems, researchers sowing fertilization experiment theory and model, from the analysis of the yield and nutrient management He expounded seeding and fertilizing test model significance in research methods at home an d abroad and the status quo as well as seeding and fertilization trials.This paper introduced assignment, demand and error of experiment and demand, method and step of framing experiment; and analyzed source of experiment error and its control measures, choosed the better and adaptive method for this experiment to seeding and fertilization experiment from various method experiment project design and field experiment design. And adopting the methods of quadratic rotation regressive, D-optimal regressive, and one-factor regressive and random regressive designed the experiment scheme, in order to confirm the optimal deal of seeding and fertilization, and marked experiment in field. Determined the impact trend about the planting density, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on yield and income through the one-factor experiment, and determined the impact about the planting density, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on yield through the quadratic rotation regressive and D-optimal regressive design experiment, implemented the data processing with computer, set up model with equation, and get optimal deal of seeding and fertilization aiming biggest yield and income, laid a foundation for the seeding and fertilization application.
