Corn is one of three major grain crops in our country,the productiong of corn have significant influence on our country’s national economic development,at the same time,Heilongjiang province is one of the main areas of corn. Early in the northern autumn frost, low temperature climate conditions, plastic film mulching cultivation technology play an important role in maize production, but also improved the yield and quality of corn. With the increase of area of plastic film mulching and the growth of the effect of fixed number of year, because the farmers do not take the plastic recycling and film is very difficult to accept net, leading to soil structure damage and the serious pollution of agricultural production, and artificial membrane, time-consuming, laborious and inefficient. So a large number of promotion production research plastic recyling machinery become inevitable trend, the research and design of economical and practical,high reliability of plastic recycling machine has very important practical significance.Through consulting lots of literatures, this paper fully research and analysis about the plastic recycling machine in seedling stage of the research status at home and abroad, on this basis, the comprehensive analysis of all kinds of plastic recycling machine key components collecting agencies handling membranes were designed to improve innovation,this article main research contents and conclusion are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of the maize seedling stage membrane machine design, and through the theory of modern design methods to analyze its key components collecting agencies handling membrane movement of components of cooperate relationship, picking up on,especially the film motion trajectory of the CAM slide theory outline a detailed theoretical analysis. Final 3 d Solid Works software application to 3 d modeling and virtual assembly of the whole machine, and its key components collecting agencies handling membrane were 2 d engineering drawing, work out entities and test.(2) through the analysis of single factor experiment, the influence law of various factors on the various indicators, and it is concluded that the machine’s speed 0.6 m/s ~ 0.9 m/s, pick up film capacity of tooth 35 mm to 65 mm, the grave Angle of 30 ° ~ 66 °, the various indicators achieve optimal value. Again within the parameters of the single factor to multi-factors rotational orthogonal combination experiment, the scheme in the application Design- Expert6.0.10 software and results analysis, finally get the optimal parameter combination range of 0.73 m/s ~ 0.79 m/s, buried depth of 43.68 mm to 52.03 mm, the grave 48 ° Angle, under the condition of the membrane rate higher than 92.5%, seedling rate lower than 2.1%.(3) the preliminary experiment, this paper designed by collecting agencies handling membrane has good film quality and good film effect, meet the design requirements of plastic recycling machine.
