This subject is a sub subject of the subsidy project of the national natural fund, the project is studied on kinematics principle and structure techniques of roller of arc spring tooth for collecting plastic film residue. The roller is a key part of the arc tooth machine for collecting plastic film residue. For practical problems of collecting roller at work, research and analysis with the test is processed in this thesis, and some improvement suggestions are put forward. First of all, through analyzing curve of speed, acceleration and instantaneous acceleration of cam figure line in the collecting roller, result shows that the cam mechanism has avoided the rigidity impact, but there is flexible impact on it, and working stability is good. Motion model of tooth collecting plastic film residue is set up. Through repeated experiment and study, the reasonable range of movement parameters in the roller is summarized. At the same time what summarized better depth of the tooth into the dust while collecting plastic film residue in the field of flood irrigation and drip irrigation, the theoretical foundation is offered for defining structure parameters and working parameters of the roller. Secondly, having classified the load acting on the tooth in the collecting machine, corresponding mechanics models is built, force of collecting plastic film residue in sand land and glue land is simulated using MATLAB software; After compared structure characteristic and force analysis of the roller of retractable finger with arc spring-tooth while collecting plastic film residue, it is found that collecting spring-tooth forced is easily flexible, and that fault rate is high, and that collecting effect is poor, but collecting arc-tooth forced is not easily flexible, and its force is less than force acted on motion connection in the roller of retractable finger, and fault rate is low. Through optimizing fixed cam structure, efficiency of the cam structure is improved and wearing and tearing of cam structure is reduced, and working dependability is improved.
