In this study, the Hybrid Simmental Cattle of 243 were tested, according to the sequence of cattle published on GenBank, designed 14 pairs primers. Polymorphisms in the partial fragments of five genes were identified using polymerase chain reaction, single strand chain polymorphisms (PCR-SSCP) and DNA sequence analysis techniques in Hibrid Simmental Cattle. The result showed polymorphisms in amplified products of 7 pairs primers (GH-G2、GH-G3、UCP2-U1、UCP2-U2、UCP3-U3、UCP3-U4、 NEB-N1), and analysis 7 fragments of four genes related with some growth traits; using molecular biology software analysis polymorphisms of gene variation. Primary results are as follows:1.According to polymorphism information conten analysed (PIC) for GH-G2、UCP3-U4、NEB-N1 locus PIC values is 0.1376,0.1281,0.2064, in the low polymorphism (PIC<0.25);GH-G3、UCP2-U1、 UCP2-U2、UCP3-U3 locus PIC values is 0.3576、0.4056、0.3491、0.3727, in the moderate polymorphism (PIC<0.25)2.Two SNPs were observed at G2 fragment, mutations of 204 C>T、420G>A; three SNPs were observed at G3 fragment, mutations of 3699G>C、4000G>T、4001 A>G, and cause transversion coding from leucine to valine, valine to isoleucine; three SNPs were observed at U1 fragment, mutations of 632C>T、655G>A、689C>A, a mutation of 643A>C was detected in U2 fragment which is a synonymous mutation; a mutation 5465A>G wea detected in U3 fragment which cause transversion coding from alanine to threonine; four SNPs were observed at U4 fragment, mutations of 7953G>C、 7921G>A、8018 C>T、8162C>T; a mutation 20166A>G was detected in U3 fragment which cause transversion coding from glutamic acid to lysine.3. NEB-N1 locus would suitable for marker-assisted selection (MAS) of Hibrid Simmental Cattle in weight gain, body height、chest, BB is superior genotype, expecially in growth rate and chest size at the later of growth; UCP3-U3 locus has significant effects on weight gain rate at later growth and was used as weight MAS; UCP3-U4 locus would suitable for MAS of Hibrid Simmental Cattle in body length, AB is superior genotype...
