Mongolian cattle and luxi cattle treated as our local varieties are of high value to conservation and promotion while Wagyu treated as the foreign varieties is of higher value to introduction. It would require the application of superovulation techno in order to attain the rapid propagation. However, cattle superovulation response and embryo quality are diverse in the actual production. The diversity in ovarian response is affected by many factors, such as the type species of gonadotropin hormone, batch processing time, dose, season, breed, age, physiological state of the ovaries treatment, nutritional status, reproductive history, and the number of repeat superovulation and so on. Currently, China has already implemented a variety of local cattle breeds Multiple Ovulation including Qinchuan cattle, Nanyang cattle, Holstein cattle and yak. There are many researches of Bovine superovulation on Simmental, Holstein, Charolais and others while the researches on Mongolian cattle, luxi cattle, and Wagyu are relatively less and there are less literatures comparing different dosage, breed, season and other factors on superovulation. This paper explores best superovulation drugs (FSH) dose of the Mongolian cattle, luxi cattle, and Wagyu and does a comparison between the factors of different seasons, the production or not.1.The optimal dose of FSH superovulated Mongolia cattle is the highest. Mongolia cattle:multiparity is 10.4mg-12.0mg and nulliparity is 9.6mg-11.2mg); Luxi cattle:multiparity is 9.6mg-11.2mg and nulliparity is 8.8mg-10.4mg; Wagyu which is similar to Luxi cattle:multiparity is 8.8mg-10.4mg and nulliparity is 8.0mg-10.4mg.2.The influence of the season is not obvious on Wagyu and luxi cattle(P> 0.05) while it is obvious on Mongolian NiuChao ovulation (P< 0.05).3.Multiparity is better than nulliparity of all the three kinds of cow, and significant difference (p< 0.05),4.The three cattle, by contrast, Wagyu and luxi cattle are more better than the Mongolian cow, which showing significant difference(p< 0.05), but there is no difference between luxi cattle and Wagyu.
