In this paper,six strains of Potato Shoot as materials,have been studied and leaf tissue culture plantlets saved.The results showed that:the best medium.(1)173B-8(Fr-eeman red) leaves callus induction was MS+1.6%glucose+NAA0.02mg/L+GA30.02m g/L+6-BA3-8mg/L of more rate reached 100%.The best medium(2)09-222(Freeman r-ed) leaves callus induction was MS+1.6%glucose+NAA0.02mg/L+GA30.02mg/L+6-BA5mg/L callus up to 100%.(3)The best medium At2(Atlantic)of leaf callus inductio-n was MS+6-BA0.5-1.Omg/L+NAA0.02 mg/L. the best medium(4)09-02(Shepody) 1-eaves callus induction was MS+6-BA2.0-3.0mg/L+NAA0.02 mg/L. the best medium (5)Fxt(Favorita) leaves callus induction was MS+6-BA0.5-1.0mg/L+NAA0.02 mg/L. the best medium(6)09-170(Freeman red)leaves callus induction was MS+6-BA1.0mg/ L+NAA0.02mg/L. only(7)a single factor(6-BA) under At2 and Fxt adapt their growt-h environment of the other two 09-02 and 09-170 death.
