Colored potato is rich in nutrients such as antioxidants and anthocyanins, and has beautiful color and important health function. Using 210 hybrid Fi asexual individuals of ’heimeiren’x’MIN-021’ as materials, the colored potato genetic linkage map was constructed based on SSR molecular marker technology and Tetraploid Map software, and the QTLs for three main agronomic traits anthocynin content, yield and marketable tuber percentage were identified, which laid the foundation for further study of marker assisted selection breeding, map-based cloning of main traits and potato functional analysis. The main results are as follows:1. In the present study, a total of 34 suitable SSR primer pairs with clearly, stable, high polymorphic bands were screened and used to amply genome DNA of hybrids F1 asexual individuals of’heimeiren" x’MIN-021’and its parents, a total of 201 polymorphic SSR markers were obtained, of which 69 markers from female parent,71 markers from male parent,60 markers from both parents.2. A total of 27 markers from female parent,28 markers from male parent showed segregation distortion, accounting for 20.93% and 21.37% of all the loci, respectively, which was suitable for QTL mapping.3. We constructed genetic linkage maps of colored potato for female parent ’heimeiren’and male parent’MIN-021’, which included 129 and 131 SSR markers, respectively. The maternal map had a map length of 1167 cM, with an average marker distance of 9.04 cM. The linkage group length ranged from 27 cM to 224 cM. The paternal map had a map length of 1187 cM, with an average marker distance of 9.06 cM. The linkage group length ranged from 27 cM to 215 cM.4. The three main agronomic traits anthocynin content, yield and marketable tuber percentage of F1 individuals showed continuous and normal distribution. And the three traits had highly significant differences between parents, which were suitable to QTL identification.5. A total of 21 QTLs for the 3 main agronomic traits anthocynin contents, yield and marketable tuber percentage were detected on both maps. Of all the QTLs,10 QTLs located on 2,3,5,7.8,9,10 and 12 linkage groups of’heimeiren’map, including 4 QTLs for anthocynin content,3 QTLs for yield and 3 QTLs for marketable tuber percentage, which explained phenotypic variation from 18.20% to 29.00%, and 11 QTLs located on 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 linkage groups of’MIN-02r map, including 4 QTLs for anthocynin content,4 QTLs for yield and 3 QTLs for marketable tuber percentage, which explained phenotypic variation from 13.10% to 28.53%.
