Wood has relevant to people’s production and living, wood decay is lumber problem to be solved in the process of use. Wood preservation can improve the service life and improve the utilization efficiency of wood, but also an important means to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of timber, ACQ is recognized as an antiseptic effect on current international good water-soluble wood preservative. In this paper, according to the national standard, The research of the ACQ-3 wood preservative, aimed at to put forward the method and process of preparation of antiseptic, able to provide the reference for the students, such as enterprise personnel. Using self-made ACQ preservative, cypress as test tree species, preparation of anticorrosive wood, anticorrosive wood decay resistance on the performance and quality testing.1.the ACQ-3 preservatives in alkali type copper carbonate as raw materials, ethanolamine as solvent, in 70 "C water bath fully dissolved in the reaction. ACQ-3 can be produced. After corrosion test found that the corrosion resistance of homemade ACQ-3 anticorrosive wood is good, anti-corrosion effect of deep anti-corrosion is better than surface anticorrosion.2.The quality of the anticorrosive wood test for a standard to evaluate mainly copper content, This paper uses the method of Fourier infrared spectrum, iodine quantity method, spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry determination of ACQ-3 anticorrosive wood copper content, Can be found that the infrared spectrometry can not only learn more about the role of ACQ-3 in wood principle, at the same time, also can be more accurate fast determine the anticorrosive wood of copper content, Iodine quantity method, spectrophotometry, the result is below the atomic absorption spectrometry, and compared with spectrophotometric method, iodine quantity method is more stable. And the experimental results showed that atomic absorption spectrometry is closer to the original value, iodine quantity method is simple, convenient and low cost, more suitable for enterprise.3.Through acute toxicity test showed that ACQ-3 a in mice through the mouth and a skin of jeath to the measurement of quantity (LD50) in the improved karber method to calculate LD50 to 3213.07+/-0.94 mg/kg and 5119.27+/-2.9 mg/kg. According to GHS, with reference to the acute toxicity of chemicals on rat classification standard, the toxicity test sample belongs to level4, ow of dangerous chemicals..
