We select a few kinds of commonly used chemical Pesticides (Bifenthrin, Carbosulfan, Cyhalothrin, etc) and three kinds of Bio-Pesticides(Veratrine, Kanghebio, Spinosad) to conduct laboratory test, greenhouse test and drug toxicology test.Greenhouse cucumber thrips of Pinggu District, Beijing are mainly Tetranychuscinnabarinu. The result of laboratory test:Abamectin showed the highest control efficiency against T. cinnabarinus female mite, it’s Median Lethal Concentration (LC50) is 0.18mg/L; Pyridaben, Cyhalothrin, Veratrine and Carbosulfan showed the relatively high control efficiency, then were Hexythiazox and Bifenthrin. Other insecticide such as Spirodiclofen, Chlorantraniliprole, Chlorfenapyr, Spinosad and Bifenazate didn’t show good control efficiency. By indoor toxicity test screening,6 kinds of chemical pesticides and 2 kinds of bio-pesticides with good toxicity effect are selected as greenhouse test pesticides. The control efficiency of avermectins is best and the lasting period is long. Then the control efficiency of Pyridaben, Kanghebio, Cyhalothrin and Veratrine are good. Two Bio-pesticides (Veratrine and Kanghebio),one chemical pesticide (Cyhalothrin) were used in the experiment in order toexplore the possible role targets by Acetyl cholinesterase checkerboard, Ultramicroatpase checkerboard and Monoamine oxidase checkerboard.Greenhouse cucumber thrips of Shunyi District, Beijing are mainly western flower thrips. The greenhouse flowers and solanaceous vegetables are especially worst affected. Western flower thrips have become one of the important pests in agricultural and forestry production. The result of laboratory test:Veratrine toxicity is the strongest for cucumber thrips larva and the lethal concentration LC50 is 0.04 mg/L. Toxicity of spinosad, avermectins, carbosulfan, chlorfenapyr and cyhalothrin are strong. Bifenthrin toxicity is normal. Toxicity of other fungicides such as thiamethoxam, chlorantraniliprole, bifenazate and spirotetramat for cucumber thrips larva are poor. Standard for Kanghebio microbial agent and its LC50 is different from other fungicides, so the indoor efficiency can not be compared. By indoor toxicity test screening,4 kinds of chemical pesticides and 3 kinds of bio-pesticides with good toxicity effect are selected as greenhouse test fungicides. The control efficiency of veratrine is best and the lasting period is long. Spinosad, avermectins and carbosulfan perform well in greenhouse selection test. Early control efficiency of Kanghebio microbial agent is good, but its lasting period is not long. The control efficiency of chlorfenapyr and high-efficiency cyhalothrin is poor.Bio-pesticide is concerned and praised in international market in recent years with high security, organic environmental protection, pesticide resistance avoiding and other advantages. It meets policy and guideline of sustainable development more appropriately. This experiment compares bio-pesticide with chemical pesticide through indoor toxicity inspection and greenhouse control efficiency experiment. It provides scientific basis for chemical pesticide replaced by bio-pesticide.
