With the development of Ningxia’s greenhouse cultivation, the importance of lighting technology in solar greenhouse reflected gradually. The study takes the LED and plant growth lamp two kinds of artificial light on the effect of LED:1) the influence of different light quality on pepper and cucumber germination, seedling and resistance of cold; 2) effects of different light qualities on mini watermelon in greenhouse; 3) effects of different light time on greenhouse tomato, and the results as follow:(1)With Pepper as the research target, the effect of five kinds of light qualities (R, B,7R/1B, 5R/1B and CK) on the seed germination, seedling growth and cold resistance is evaluated comprehensively with the membership function. The results have shown that:1). The red light has a remarkable effect on the seed germination of Pepper, and its germination rate is about 18.67% higher than that of the control group. Meanwhile, with the increasing rate of red and blue compound light in red light, the germination potential, germination index and vital index increase gradually.. The plant height of the Pepper seedling in red light treatment is the highest. The root of seedling is the longest in 7R/1B. There is a huge difference in the fresh weight of seedlings in different light qualities.3). When evaluation is conducted with the seed germination index, seedling growth index and Chlorophyll Fluorescence,5R/1B (55.97%) is the best, and the control group is the lowest (49.05%). When evaluation is conducted with the physical signs, such as the rapid corresponding chlorophyll of the cold damage, electrolyte permeability, SOD, POD, and CAT,5R/1B (58.16%) is the best and the blue light is the poorest (43.60%). Comprehensively, it can be concluded that the optimal light quality for the Pepper seed germination and seedling growth is 5R/1B.(2)The study explores 5 kinds of light quality (R, B,7R/1B,5R/1B and CK) which effect seed germination, seedling growth and resistance of cold of the seedlings on cucumber, selecting the best quality light of cucumber. The results show:1) Set natural light as the control light and the red light has the highest germination rate,25.9% higher than the that of the control light; The seedling growth condition in the treatment light is better than that of the control light and the highest seedling is the red light treated one; the biggest stem diameter seedling is the 7R/1B treated one; the longest root length is the 7R/1B treated one; 2) The chlorophyll content of the different light treated seedlings declined after the low temperature treatment and the 5R/1B treated one had the least reduction range. However, the electrolyte leakage increased and the 5R/1B treated one had the least rate of increasing. The SOD activity showed rising trend and the 5R/1B treated one had the biggest rising rate with 79.2% at day 5. The POD activity also showed rising trend after low temperature for all groups and the 5R/1B treated one had the biggest rising rate with 39.27% at day 5. The CAT activity showed falling trend and the 7R/1B treated one had the smallest falling rate 16%. We concluded from the above information that the best light quality for the cucumber growth and development is 5R/1B and 7R/1B.(3) The study starts 5 kinds of light quality (R, B,7R/1B,5R/1B and CK) which effect on Watermelon, selecting the best quality of light on watermelon. As the results:1) The seedling height difference of the different light treated groups was significant and the detailed situation is B>5R/1B>7R/1B>CK>R. The stem diameter of the mini watermelon under the room temperature is B>5R/1B> 7R/1B>R>CK; 2) In terms of the flowering and fruit bearing, the 5R/1B treated group had the earliest flower season and the female flowers in the flower season of R、7R/1B、5R/1B was obvious more than that of the control group, but the B group was an exception.3) In terms of the fruit quality, the vitamin C and organic acid content difference of the different light treated groups was significant and the R group had the highest data for both contents, which was respectively 12.0% and 33.3% higher than that of the CK group. The soluble sugar content was R>5R/1B> 7R/1B>B>CK. The average fruit weight of different light treated was B>R/7R/1B>5R/1B>CK. We concluded from the above information that the best light for the mini watermelon growth and development and its production is blue light and the best light for the mini watermelon quality is red light.(4)The study tests tomato in sunlight greenhouse the whole growth period and the fill light processing for plant growth lamp lighting equipment, the results show that the different filling light time on tomato growth index, flowering fruit, fruit quality and yield is different:1) The 9 hour supplementary lighting time had the most significant effect on seedling height,13.8% higher than that of the CK group. The 8 hour supplementary lighting time had the best effect on seedling stem diameter,13.2% bigger than that of the CK group. The 10 hour supplementary lighting time had the most significant effect on chlorophyll content,5.7% higher than that of the CK group and the 10 hour supplementary lighting time had the most significant effect on the tomato growth-promoting, which increased the horizontal diameter and the vertical diameter by 22.6% and 14%.2) The 8 hour supplementary lighting time speeded up the flowering by 2 days and both the 8 hour and 9 hour supplementary lighting time speeded up the fruit bearing by 5 days. The 8 hour and 10 hour supplementary lighting time speeded up the fruit collecting date by 15 days and the 9 hour and 10 hour supplementary lighting time increased the fruit bearing rate by 4.8%.3) The 10 hour supplementary lighting time had the greatest effect on the fruit quality, which increased its vitamin C content, soluble solid content, and soluble sugar content respectively by 20.5%,24.7% and 36.3% and the organic acid content decreased by 32.4% 4) The 10 hour supplementary lighting time had the biggest single fruit weight and yield per plant, which increased respectively by 20.5 and 27.4%.
