In recent years, the research on vegetable cultivation with artificial light based on the conventional LED light source made a major breakthrough, initially established the core model of artificial cultivation in the light of red and blue light combination. At present, due to the lack of further more accurate and more professional LED plant light research instruments, many scientific experiments have been limited to the same level of repeat stage. So in this research, I integrated apply many areas of cross-border knowledge, as well as led luminous technology, intelligent control technology, intelligent equipment and technology, numerical simulation technology, Photobiology, and vegetable cultivation, to develop two led intelligent plant lighting devices, and then research the effects of light quality on vegetable photosynthesis Physiological characteristics and Nutritional quality by using the devices.The main research contents, results and conclusions are as follows:1. Developed a LED biological analysis device, the device is the first and have the invention patent authorization. The device can quickly obtain the plant's photosynthetic rate, light compensation point and light saturation point, by scanning the plant assimilation box with several LED accurate light sources. The maximum light intensity of red light is 2500 umol/m2.s, and the blue light is 2700 umol/m2.s. And it can rapidly accumulate a large number of basic data for the industry. It is also suitable for the fast and cooperative study of the environmental factors such as light, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide and so on. Using the device, photosynthesis test was carried out in three kinds of vegetables, containing Chinese cabbage, pepper and garlic. And I got the photosynthetic data of above 3 kinds of vegetable under 10 kinds of LED accurate light sources. The data has significant differences: Under the temperature of 20 Degrees Celsius and 660nm red light, Chinese cabbage's LCP is 75.25 umol/m2.s,pepper's LCP is 46.96 umol/m2.s; and garlic bolt'LCP is 59.63 umol/m2.s.2. Developed a LED plant intelligent dimming equipment, the device can accurately control spectrum, light intensity and light cycle. The average light intensity of the composite spectrum at 40cm height is 1238 umol/m2.s, the standard deviation is 60 umol/m2.s, and the uniformity is 0.93. It is used to explore the best light conditions for plant growth and development.By using the equipment, i research the effects of different LED light on the Physiological characteristics and Nutritional quality in Lettuce.3. Based on the above experimental data, the LED light source system suitable for vegetable cultivation is developed. Taking the leaf lettuce as an example, the cultivation layer spacing 30cm, the energy consumption per square meter is about 136W, the lettuce growth cycle is about 25 days, the quality and nitrate content of lettuce reaches the national green vegetable standard.The results of this paper will provide a new scientific research equipment system platform for the study of the precision control of light environment in vegetable crops, To promote the rapid development of vegetable cultivation, and has important theoretical and practical significance.
