This study with potted cork oak(Quercus variabilis) 1 year seedlings to shade experiment was carried out, according to the stand of the light intensity of different canopy set (100% NS (natural sunshine),42.7% NS,15.3% NS and 5.5% NS) four pervious to light intensity, for 150 days in dealing with the different illumination conditions, explore the cork oak seedling height, ground diameter, leaf area, root activity and cell membrane, soluble sugar content and so on many biological ecological index, combined with the determination of indexes for multiple regression analysis, analysis of various factors, the correlation between combined with principal component analysis to comprehensive analysis of Quercus variabilis seedling Yin resistant ability, and using the method of fuzzy membership function value of Quercus variabilis seedlings comprehensive benefit, for the majority of forest cultivation, forest cultivation, forestry ecological engineering staff to foster Quercus variabilis provides scientific theory basis. The results show that:(1) As the light intensity weakening, morphological indexes of the seedlings of quercus variabilis seedling height, ground diameter (D) (H) growth growth, leaf area (LAI) showed up before they fall, the change rule of the underground biomass change part of quercus variabilis biomass (XB) as the lowering of change, but the above ground biomass (SB) and the changing rule of the whole plant biomass (ZB) first increased and then drop the regularity, in the indexes of quercus variabilis in 42.7% NS pervious to light intensity under the condition of his best overall performance; And with the test light intensity decrease, affect the normal growth of the seedling and root volume (V), (M) the total length of root, root total surface area (S), the total number of root tip (G), total root average diameter (d) were trends to decrease. From the perspectives of morphology, quercus variabilis was evidently affected by the light.(2) As the light intensity weakening, soluble sugar content of quercus variabilis presents a rise after the fall of the normal distribution law of the first show the quercus variabilis osmotic regulation ability. And quercus variabilis membrane lipid oxidation, the plant cell membrane permeability change trend after the first drop rises; Osmotic regulation index (malondialdehyde (MDA) content, proline content and activity of catalase (CAT)) with the loss of the light intensity also showed the first drop after rising trend, minimum value in 42.7% NS illumination, the explanation of quercus variabilis has certain shade; Soluble protein, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in a declining trend.(3) the correlation analysis result, CAT, SOD, Ss and Sp, Fro and growth characteristics index was significantly associated with each other, can be used as evaluation indexes of quercus variabilis shadow resistance; Principal component analysis, principal component corresponds to larger load values are as follows:1 the MDA and soluble protein content, root number and root length, etc., the second principal component values corresponding to the larger load for ground diameter, biomass, soluble sugar content.
