Grapholitha molesta (Busck) and Psylla chinensis Yang et Li are the main pests of fruit production. In order to study the population dynamic rule of Grapholitha molesta and and Psylla chinensis and select the appropriate agents, the author analyzed the relationship between the climatic condition and G.molesta and Psylla chinensis population growth dynamics in Dangshan, Anhui province from 2009 to 2012 by moth attractant and systematic investigation. In view of the prevention and control of domestic pesticide market in recent years, we had chosen a variety of agents to study their effects in this field.1. Psylla chinensis dynamic of yearThe population dynamic system monitoring results of Psylla chinensis from 2009 to 2012 showed that Psylla chinensis had five or six generations in DangShan 1 year. Overwintering generation and the first generation were tidy, the rest of the generation overlapped.Psylla chinensis began to lay eggs before germination, peaked in early March, early April after entering the spawning peak period, about the first generation of adults each year on April 8 s in mid-April is the peak spawning. Egg period was 7-10 days. In late July, after decreasing day fecundity.2009-2012 In early April a small amount of egg hatching to the first generation of nymphs, peaked at April 20. Late May is for the second generation nymphs hatching. Around March 10 each year for the sting out of the overwintering generation peak in late April to mid-May for the first generation of adults that sting peak, early in June-July to early young fruit pear psylla adults Sheng period, October after the last generation pear psyllid nymph emergence of overwintering adults.2. The relationship between climate factors and o state numberRainfall had significant positive correlation with the oviposition peak amount of overwintering generation(OPAOG) and nymphae peak amount of first generation (NPAFG) (Ri=0.983*, R2=0.945*), also had negative correlation with the adult peak amount of first generation(APAFG) (R3=-0.828). NPAFG was low under the condition of low temperature and low temperature restrained APAFG. OPAOG increased in the warm climate. Average daily illumination time had significant positive correlation with OPAOG(R=0.991**) and NPAFG (R=0.996**). In addition to the influence of the adult, the low temperature would inhibit pear psylla first generation of adult activities. Results showed that the pear psylla overwintering generation peak spawning and daily schedule illumination had strong positive correlation (R=0.991**), the first generation of nymphal peak also generated and extremely significant correlation (R=0.996**), and the first generation of adult peak generated positive correlation with average daily light not obvious (R=0.859).3. Grapholitha molesta dynamic of yearThe relationship between the climatic condition and G.molesta population growth dynamics in Dangshan, Anhui province from 2009 to 2012 by moth attractant and systematic investigation showed that five generations of G. molesta in Dangshan happened every year and the overwintering generation adult peak occurred in the middle of April. Medicine after 14 d pyrethrum ester ethyl suspending agent, screw suspending agent, abamectin ec, matrine agent control effect reached 86.12%,95.62%,81.95%,93.82%,250 g/L screw worm ethyl ester containing 2000 times the effect best, botanical pesticides matrine 0.36% water 2000 times, the difference was not significant.6 Grapholitha molesta fungicide selectionAbamectin ec, bacillus thuringiensis and efficient chlorine fluorine with ester creme, deinsectization urea cream for drug screening,10 d after applying pesticide abamectin ec, bacillus thuringiensis and efficient chlorine fluorine with ester creme, deinsectization urea was the control effect of 53.6%,42.7%,67.2%,72.7%, and a significant difference.20% deinsectization urea was 2000 times of pear psylla nymphae readily availability is best, 12.5% efficient chlorine fluorine with ester was 2000 times times, biological pesticides bacillus thuringiensis (8000 IU/mg) 2000 times effect was poorerAfter 20 d of applying pesticide abamectin ec, bacillus thuringiensis and efficient chlorine fluorine with ester creme, deinsectization urea was the control effect of 79.3%,82.2%,64.4%,70.3%, bacillus thuringiensis (8000 IU/mg) 2000 times the effect is best,1.8% abamectin ec 2000 times times, the difference was not significant.
