It is emerging to use of sex pheromone to control pests.The majority of insect sex pheromone are volatile liquid with specific smell and the carrier of insect sex pheromone is lure.It is difficult to control sex pheromone release rate in luring process in the field because of its small dose.Furthermore,there is no iterature about quantitative analysis of sex pheromone.Choosing the Grapholitha molesta Busck Sex Pheromone Lure as sample,the rapid and simple methods of quantitative analysis of?Z?-8-dodecylene-l-ol acetate?Z8-12:Ac?as major components of sex pheromone of Grapholitha molesta Busck was established.?1?The capillary gas chromatography method for determination of the amounts of Z8-12:Ac was established.The results showed that the working curve have a good linear correlation with the coefficient of determination?R2?was 0.9768 in the range from 20 to 100 ?g·mL-1.The detection limit was 0.023 ?g·mL-1 and the quantitation limit was 0.116 ?g·mL-1.The relative standard deviation was 2.76%and the average recovery was 100.4?103.1%.?2?The Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry method for determination of the amounts of Z8-12:Ac.The results showed that the working curve have a good linear correlation with the coefficient of determination?R2?was 0.9885 in the range from 20 to 100 ?g·-mL-1.The detection limit was 0.014 ?g·mL-1 and the quantitation limit was 0.079 ?g·mL-1.The relative standard deviation was 1.74%and the average recovery was 99.7?107.3%.?3?In phosphate buffer solution,the fluorescence intensity of neutral red?NR?was largely enhanced because of the formation of the inclusion compound of ?-cyclodextrin??-CD?with neutral red.The fluorescence was quenched with the increasing amount ofZ8-12:Ac.A new fluorescent spectrophotometry based on this principle had been developed to determine Z8-12:Ac.Linearity was obeyed in the range of 24?96 ?g·mL-1 of Z8-12:Ac under the optimal condition.The detection limit of the method was 21.1?g·mL-1 and the relative standard deviation was 1.1%.?4?The inclusion compound of neutral red?NR?was prepared by hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin in phosphate buffer solution and the fluorescence intensity of NR was lenhanced.The fluorescence was quenched with the addition of Z8-12:Ac.Then the content of Z8-12:Ac was indirect etermined based on the principle.The orthogonal experiment was used to establish the optimum parameters.The results showed that the working curve have a good linear correlation in the range from 10 to 100 ?g·mL-1.The detection limit of the method was 8.98 ?g·mL-1 and the relative standard deviation was 0.6%.The method is sensitive and simple.
