With the development and growth of economy, society and population, great changes have taken place in land demand and supply patterns model. It is very useful to adjust regional land-use structure.Huanghuadianzi Watershed was as study case in this paper. Combined with the ecological green equivalent, based on comperhensive consideration of economic, social and ecolgoical benefits, the best land use structure program was carried out by adopting mulit-objective linear programming.(1) The distribution of soil organic carbon density in study area is banded. Showing a clear trend gradually decreased from northwest and southeast direction to the basin center. The average soil organic carbon density is 6.93 kg/m2. Which the maximum value in the northwestern Basin and the minimum appears in the center basin.(2) Effects of slope on soil organic carbon in a parabolic trend. The maximum value of 7.18kg/m2 at5°~-10° and the minimum value at>25°(3)Through the comprehensive evaluation of the 7 principal component of 8 kinds of typical forest soilphysical and chemical properties,we get Typical soil quality in sunny slope and shady slope from high to low are in the order, Hippophae rhamnoides L×Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.> Prunus sibirica×Pinus tabulaeformis>Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.> Populus simonii> Ulmus pumila L.> Prunus sibirica> Caragana microphylla. In general, the soil quality in northern slope of mountains was better than sunny slope.(4) The model of Hippophae rhamnoides L.×Pinus tabulaeformis Carr., Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.and Prunus sibirica are appropriate in the sunny gentle slope of moderate or thick site type soil layer. The model of Caragana microphylla,Hippophae rhamnoides L., Prunus sibirica,Prunus sibirica XPinus tabulaeformi Carr.and Hippophae rhamnoides L. XPinus tabulaeformis Carr.are approiate in the steep incline slope of moderate or thick site type soil layer. The different gentle slope direction of thick site type soil layer is suitable for the model of Populus simonii.(5) In the realization of the conditions to meet the ecological, economic and social benefit maximization,we must Increasie the forest cover rate, optimize and improve the pattern of economic development,to development of high quality cultivated landconsolidation on level and utilization, and improve the intensive level of land utilization. To ensure far-reaching ecological security and promote the formation of a good ecological.(6)The area results of AHP respectively Populus simonii is 8.33 km2, Ulmns pumila L. is 0.77km, Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. is 0.86km, Caragana microphylla is 1.12 km2, Hippophae rhamnoides L. is 0.42 km2, Prunus sibirica is 2.92 km2, Prunus sibirica×Pinus tabulaeformis is 0.29 km2, Prunus sibirica×Pinus tabulaeformis is 0.31 km2 and the others are 0.47 km2.
