| In this studyt, six strains of Lactic Acid Bacteria(LAB), were isolated from yogurt, camel milk, pig feces and chicken intestine respectively, were made into the bacterial suspension with their viable organisms to drench mice that had been divided into 6 groups according to the 6 strains continuously for 30 days once a day. Then we killed 10 mice randomly chosen from each group after gavage at the day of 7thã€15thã€30th and extrcted DNA of intestinal contents and sepearated the total RNA of spleens immediately, we detected the contents of Lactic Acid Bacteria in the intestines and its contents as well as the quantity changes of cytokines including IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma had been expressed in spleens.The results showed that all the six strains of Lactic Acid Bacteria could permanent plant in the intestines with different capacities of field planting. At the day of 15th, the quantity of LAB in the intestines and its contents of mice of the LT group increased extremely significantly (P<0.01),then came to the LZ1 group, and didn’t find any significant data changes of other groups. At the day of 30th ,the data of the LT and LZ1 group incease significantly (P<0.05), and other groups showed no significant changes. At the day of 7th, only the data of the LZ1 group showed significant increase (P<0.05),and other groups’ showed no significant changes. As to the time for drenching bacterial suspension to mice, continuous gavage could maintain a measurable amount of LAB in intestines. Once we stopped the supply of bacterial suspension, the quantity of LAB field planted in the intestines started to decrease gradually. At the day of 15th and 30th, the amount of IL-2ã€IL-4ã€IL-6〠TNF-αã€IFN-y detected in spleens of mice of the LJ2 group increase extremely significantly (P<0.01), then came to the LZ2 group (P<0.05),while other groups’data showed no significant changes. At the day of 7th, the data of the LSã€LZ2 groups increase significantly (P<0.05) with no significant data changes of other groups... |
