The main results are as follows:1ã€In different years, Apocynum seed germination rate decreased along with the increase of storage time. Description of Apocynum seed life and storage period has a negative correlation between direct.2ã€The relationship between Apocynum seed reducing sugar, soluble sugar and aging: In the seeds of Apocynum natural storage conditions of reducing sugar, soluble sugar increased with storage time decreased. In 2010,2011 and 2012 of the reducing sugar content of seeds of Apocynum Apocynum seed in 2013 than the reducing sugar content decreased by 20.44%,6.15%,5.37%, soluble sugar decreased by 20.10%,8.03%,4.17%.
